Great people and clean hotel!

Terrible location with extremely loud outside. Windows are so thin. You will not sleep well here. Enjoy the night of car engines, people yelling, and sirens.

Our TV also wasn’t connected to the antenna, so we couldn’t watch any of the regular TV channels. We ended up trying to cast from our phones instead, but it would disconnect every 3–5 minutes and we’d have to reconnect it over and over again. The owner of the hotel apparently gets a list of empty rooms from the front desk and likes to check on them. Somehow our room ended up on that list, so he knocked on our door and, before we even had time to acknowledge the knock, he was already swiping his key card and opening the door because he thought the room was empty.

It’s a nice and cute place to stay for the World Cup! I will stay again! Staff very friendly!

Wonderful property very close to Power and Light District. The hotel is new and the owners and staff are wonderful! Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again!

Al llegar me realizaron un cargo temporal de USD 50, el cual fue reembolsado correctamente al momento del check-out. La habitación me pareció agradable y cómoda. La cama y las almohadas fueron excelentes, permitiéndome descansar muy bien. Además, pude disfrutar de los partidos del Mundial en la televisión de la habitación. Como sugerencia, considero que sería un valor agregado contar con una cafetera. La ubicación es uno de sus mayores puntos fuertes: está rodeada de bares y restaurantes, a solo una cuadra de T-Mobile Arena y a pocos bloques del tranvía, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad. Como aspecto a mejorar, noté que el piso no estaba tan limpio como esperaba (aunque reconozco que soy bastante exigente con la limpieza). Además, durante mis dos días de estancia no realizaron una limpieza completa de la habitación; únicamente retiraron la basura y repusieron las toallas. Incluso solicité que pasaran la aspiradora, pero esto no ocurrió. Por último, la loción corporal disponible en la habitación no fue de mi agrado, ya que deja una sensación persistente sobre la piel incluso después de enjuagarse. En general, tuve una buena experiencia gracias a la comodidad de la habitación, la excelente ubicación y la eficiencia del personal

Brand new hotel! It was so new, the crew was working out some kinks with the second elevator. The staff was kind and hospitable. Parking was available ($30/day) on site which was a plus.

Good location from t-Mobile center. Staff kind and helpful. Will book again. $30 for just a night is kinda bizarre

Super clean room and great staff

I stayed there the week they opened so there was still some work being done but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

No hot water. Paper thin walls. $30 parking that wasnt mentioned in the add. No water bottles in the fridge as there should have been.

Would have left it a million stars but we tried the shower several times and it always had cold water

New hotel still under construction but staff is very welcoming and makes the stay excellent and makes you overlook some of the construction that the unit is going trough, great location.

This is a brand-new hotel from our favorite Best Western family, located right in downtown Kansas City, and it is absolutely fantastic. If you love fresh, modern, stylish design, luxurious Drybar toiletries, silky-soft towels, spotless rooms, and that wonderful feeling of being somewhere completely new and well cared for, you will love this place. What impressed us even more was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and treated us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. At check-in, we were even given complimentary bottles of water — something we rarely see, despite traveling very frequently and staying in many hotels every year. The team was always ready to help with anything we needed, and their hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel also offers guest parking for $30, which is significantly less expensive than many other parking options in the area and very convenient. One more thing I have to mention: the water! I don’t know if it’s the city’s water or if the hotel has an exceptional filtration system, but the water was incredibly soft. As someone who notices these things, I would honestly rate it 10/10. My advice: take advantage of this hidden gem while it’s still new and priced more competitively than many nearby hotels. I highly recommend
