Very convenient location and friendly staff
-
good stuff, parking fee is a little high

The Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are dated and dingey. Some of the staff were on their phones instead of paying attention to the guests.
-
Was ok but definitely not an upscale property.
-
Location perfecto but property needs an update.
-
It was ok. It has a swamp cooler chiller so things stay humid all the time. Its a comfortable stay but there is better.

nice hotel

Things that didn’t work: door lock, tv remote , available channels, elevator.

The property is older but well maintained. Its greatest strength is the staff. They were uniformly friendly and anxious to help. Unfortunately, the retaurant was closed, but it is adjacant to Country Club Plaza which has numerous dining options in easy walking distance. While it is not fancy it is relaxed and comfortable and is very conveniently located. I liked it!

It's an old hotel maybe 100 years. So it has charm. But toilet didn't flush well. But it was

Overall we had a pleasant and hospitable stay. We were grateful to have a pet option, and really appreciate staff putting us in a room away from elevator and foot traffic. The workout room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately our room's bathroom did not have a fan. Additionally the room was very damp no matter how long the AC ran, it could have used a ceiling fan (plus a bathroom fan) and some airing out.

The location was great! The lobby bar could have been kept up a little bit better.
-
Great location. Walkable to restaurants snd historic plaza! Not sure they recycle but enjoyed our stay!
-
Good location for the museums. Country club plaza is next door.

Love this cute little hotel!
-
The interior of the lobby was sooooo refreshing, inviting & historical. It was rustic and very well laid out. Front desk, bar & HC staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The room was outstanding, clean & comfortable
-
Close to all the attractions of The Plaza and easy parking.

There was supposed to be a restaurant on site but they had closed it. Curtains and windows in our room were dirty. Were told there were breakins in the garage so was worried about car all during the stay but everything was fine. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and location was good in relation to Plaza shopping and parks.

Nice room, stayed in a King suite on the 6th floor. The staff was great. Needed an extra blanket and he went and got one right away. Room was a nice space and clean but seemed humid like crazy. The a/c ran constantly. Im thinking the evap isnt removing the moisture from the air. Made for a slightly difficult time to fall asleep. At least the bed was comfy. Dont know anything about the breakfast as I believe you have to pay for it. Also be forewarned you will be asked to pay for parking in the back through a 3rd party. Neat thing about the hotel is you are a block away from the Plaza. It was a pretty good stay for a couple nights.

The hotel staff and rooms are excellent. The convenience to restaurants, park, and shops the walking distance is easy. I love the area.
