Great! We are going to be staying here for a long period of time for a construction project... There will be times we will check out early or lengthen our stay.

Awful. Entire hotel smells of smoke and people partying all night long. 3rd time in a row now the only options available from hotel engine are in pretty bad areas with nasty run down hotels.
