Friendly staff, easy check in, nice choices for dining.
-
overall a good place to stay, this is more of an adult only spot, we had the grandchild with us and nothing for him to do outside of the hotel room- I know we were there for casino, but thought there would be a little bit to entertain him

We had a one-night stay at Harrah's Kansas City. It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and cozy.

Clean rooms and very accommodating and friendly staff. Stayed there to see a concert at Voodoo Lounge and was super convenient to walk back to the room after the show let out late into the evening.

I only booked this hotel because it was the cheapest option I saw for this particular weekend ($151 + resort fees was a stretch even), and it has a casino/restaurants attached for added entertainment. Otherwise, this hotel needs a major overhaul/renovation on their rooms. Lobby and casino are nice, but rooms still have furniture/carpets/bathroom appliances from the 90’s/2000’s. Yes, it was clean, but the hotel room had a feeling of dirty and musty. Didn’t want to walk barefoot or sit on the chair in the room. Only thing updated in the room was the TV. In order to keep up with competition, every room needs to be gutted and redone.

We had a large group that stayed and we had a great time and hotel staff and property were great!

Very nice. Las Vegas tower is nicer than Kansas City tower.

The food was fabulous The casino was a HUGE LET DOWN! The smoking was horrible and I couldn’t stand to gamble due to the smell
