Great place to stay. I fly out to Kansas City monthly and this is the best hotel to stay in. This hotel has everything you need. Like a small town. Not to mention you can gamble in the casino. Thank you.

Front desk staff was very helpful with information about needing a shuttle to the World Cup game. Had some fun promotions for the World Cup and we got to gamble and won a bunch of money.

receptionist was great and room was clean. however, there was no I mean zero towels provided for shower. had to call twice to get them.

Room was clean. We stayed here to attend a show at the Voodoo Lounge. The restaurant choices were not great and the casino was depressing but the hotel and music venue were great.

Great room, great place to stay

Don't get the $15 resort fee when there is no pool or hot tub

When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay.
