En general es un buen hotel, pero hace falta mejor atención a los huéspedes, en el check in y los conductores de los shuttle al aeropuerto son groceros, se notaban cansados, fastidiados y descontentos con la visita y llegada de huéspedes tarde o en la madrugada. Sería mejor que no prestaran el servicio a esas horas si lo van hacer de esa manera. Es triste y frustrante llegar tarde y cansado o madrugar y recibir ese trato. No es digno de los hoteles marriot. Merecen mejor personal.

There is a bad storm night to stay in. Our room leaked in and when we woke up and mine, the room was flooded. I didn’t do much they took off 20% and unlikely that my wife didn’t fall on the floor because it was mainly on her side of the bed.

When I asked why they received water and regular paying guests did not, I was told it was because the hotel has a contract with the airline. As a paying customer, that response made me feel undervalued, as if my business mattered less. Customer service should make all guests feel appreciated. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel chain. Customer service should make all guests feel appreciated. Great place to stay and easy access to MCI airport! Will stay again!

I had a room with a connecting door and at 11.30 pm the next door room arrived and were loud and kept banging the door . The bathroom was tiny not worth the high price

2. Door cracked like it had been kicked in several times, hard to open and close. 3. Keyless Entry Battery died and couldn't get into room 4. Toilet plugged and wouldn't flush 5. Pool was gross and not maintenance film over the top with chunky floating debris 6. Tub didnt drain well, filled half way up during shower 7. Towels, coffee, toilet paper never replenished 8. Parking. Pay to park and limited parking

Great hotel

It is very close to the airport, and very convenient. There is 24 hour transportation by the hotel to the airport.

Access to the airport Ac was so loud and kept us awake

Ceilings low, popcorn ceilings dated, low ceilings, small shower, small door to bathroom. It was ok. Not a great value.

I needed to be able to sleep soundly. I was worried about noise that close to the airport. I didn’t hear a thing. Thank you.

Room and bathroom were disgusting and nothing was done to rectify this. I have pictures of stains, finger prints, and other items. I did not get any sleep. The bed was super uncomfortable and doors were slamming all night long. Would not stay there again!
