Everything about this stay was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was hot and fresh, and my room was clean and comfortable.

The desk clerk, whose accent was so thick I could not understand him, changed my room at check in and the air conditioning in the new room had not been turned on. The room was an oven. There was no rubber mat in the tub for shower safety and when I called to get one, an old false eyelash fell off of the receiver cord. There was a huge dead roach in the corner of the room, behind a chair. The towels were worn, and the coffee maker was not in place.

The room was perfect to relax in after our swim. Morning was started off right with the breakfast provided by the hotel. If I’m in Katy, Texas again….i will be staying at Comfort Inn!

Upon arrival, getting my access key was very easy; my room was clean, and the night was very quiet, without any issues. At breakfast, everything looked delicious and appetizing. There was no coffee, but the receptionist was so kind and got more for us. We are grateful for all the staff's hard work in ensuring every guest gets the best experience. God bless you.

bathroom vent didnt work; fridge had gap in seal (but it still did get things cold); microwave stank of ancient ramen, complete with the stains all around it; beds had other peoples hair on it....staff was good. Wouldnt stay again.

We wanted to shout out an extra loud appreciation for the evening front desk Jay. He was absolutely amazing, accommodating, engaging, friendly, funny and made our stay absolutely perfect! The rooms were beautiful and breakfast was very good. We will be back :) Thank you!

No hot water in the shower. Plenty of HW in the sink but not being able to take a shower in the morning ruined the stay. Also , the air conditioner was quite noisy and made a sloshing sound that made it hard to sleep.
