The property did not have hot water all weekend. Being a below the knee amputee I requested a shower chair (not that I could have used it) and was told “l don’t have access to that you have to ask housekeeping”. Needless to say my fiancée and I took bird baths all weekend.

the room was cleaned and well stocked but the issue that bothered me was no hot water for 2 days and the laundry was out of order and had to walk to the other building

Nice room, clean pool, friendly staff

Room is clean and decently comfortable. However, the hallway is extremely noisy, including from the room, and smells like mold. Partying late at night. Fair location, but no close services. Good deal, but not cozy, definitely not romantic.

We stayed in what I believe was Room 206, which was advertised as having a “private hot tub.” In reality, it was just a standard bathtub with jets, not what most people would consider a hot tub. That description felt misleading. Another concern was the soft spot in the floor next to the tub. It noticeably flexed underfoot and didn’t feel safe, especially in an area where the floor is likely exposed to moisture. The hallways also weren’t well maintained during our stay. There were numerous bags of housekeeping trash piled in the hallway for an extended period, which added to the overall impression that the property wasn’t being kept up. The room was clean, but the mildew odor, misleading description of the “hot tub,” the soft spot in the floor, and the condition of the hallways made the stay much less enjoyable than we expected.

Clean and reasonable

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, avoid this hotel- the hallways smelled pretty heavily of it. The room was fairly nice and clean. The jacuzzi didn't hold water for very long. I will say that the bedding was nice (some stains but they smelled clean). It was soft and the pillows were great. The rooms are also not very sound proof.

Don't do it to save a buck. Bed bugs.

The price. The continental breakfast. I look for affordable hotels with free breakfast but the breakfast here was a joke.

Disappointing

Passable

Nothing "Breakfast" was a joke, make your own waffles and rubbery scrambled eggs. That was it! The bathroom apparently had a leak. Every time we would step on the tiles, water would come up. Disgusting! We were at a baseball game until midnight and were just tired and wanted sleep. We had no desire to wait for the desk staff to decide they wanted to help us. The entire hotel smelled musty, probably mold.

Very good

Above and beyond None everything was perfect

Easy to get to, and rooms were clean. Breakfast was not quite what we thought it would be. Beds were hard and not comfortable at all, and people above us were running laps (stomping) all night. (Not the hotels fault)

The property is older but clean. The pool was clean. the only con was lack of towels the first night due to being sold out.

Thr hotel had a sewage smell all throughout, we stayed Anthem 4th floor the button for the elevator was broken so we had to walk down to the third floor to call the elevator. We could call the front desk to get the elevator but that took 5 minutes. The hallway was hot the bedroom was dusty and dirty the bed had dirt and dirty stains all over. The bathroom had cracks. Overall I would not recommend.
