I asked to send the invoce multiple times no one send it

We stayed there for a full weekend and I reserve two rooms one of them. We had to plunge the toilet ourselves because they wouldn’t come and do it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. We they said that we wasn’t allowed to have pillows for the sofa bed so I had to go buy pillows for the sofa bed. It was overall not the best experience that I’ve had and the front desk person who was there 24 seven I guess was the owner didn’t really care.

Clean and innovated rooms. Stayed with family with teens. We got 2 rooms and one of the first rooms allocated was smelling cigarettes. We mentioned to the receptionist and he was super helpful and gave us another room. Staff is super friendly and nice. We had a peaceful and restful stay. The lift was not working coming down. Not a big inconvenience as stayed in 2nd floor but it could have been corrected. The breakfast was very limited. The weekend breakfast starts at 8 AM which I feel is kind of late and also we went at 8 .10 AM and we could not see some minimal things. There was a little scrambled eggs. Waffle maker was working. Felt minimum and also insufficient quantities in the breakfast. Except for these 2 we had a good stay and felt good value for the money’s

When arriving they didn't have the room I have reserved , so they put me in another room. Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Went downstairs to get my luggage and the elevator didn't work, when returning to the room my wife was hysterical about strangers using a keycard to get access into the room while she was naked. No i do not recommend anyone to stay here not even my worse enemy.

Arrived and room was warm set ac lower and went out. Came back late and requested room change. New room was found after 1 hr because Elevator buttons inop you have to call down for elevators. 4th floor hallway ac inop. One parking spot has missing concrete safety hazard. Nasty disgusting furniture one nightstand missing. This has a 8 rating which is highly deceiving This location needs revaluation. I don't recommend this location to nobody. Highly disappointed is an understatement

Late check in Room was dirty. Libby smelled bad. Elevator bottom was broken . Nothing

Exceptional

The price. The hotel offered breakfast. It wasn't anything amazing but at least they offered breakfast. The room had a jacuzzi tub. It wasn't amazing, but it had a Jacuzzi. Wet floor. No TV. The TV probably worked but the clerk on duty was not going to leave her post and walk down the hall to assist us. And she wasn't really worried about maybe the guests safety because somebody could have fallen for slipped on that wet floor. We could not get the remote control for the TV to work. And the jacuzzi tub in the picture is misleading. Don't put any big people in that tub. Because of Houston humidity, the wet floor was a constant battle mostly right in front of the bed where somebody who was sleeping on the far side of the bed could have gotten up at night in the dark and took a tumble. Luckily it did not happen. Lastly, very unfriendly morning clerk. Just like the night clerk. No personality and definitely no outgoing personality. There was no butter or cream cheese or anything for the limited number of bagels that they had. It has scrambled eggs only. You would think they would have some small sausages for small patties or bacon to go along with the breakfast. I will give one positive for the breakfast. They had salsa. But other than that, very disappointing for a hotel that looks so good on the outside

On this trip absolutely nothing. Upon checking in they tried to give me a regular standard King room instead of the upgraded King room with a kitchenette. We arrived after 3:00 p.m. and still had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned after the correction was made for the correct room. Upon arriving in our room the elevator did not work to go back downstairs you had to call the front desk. Sometimes they answered quickly other times it would take about 40 rings to get an answer and then you still wouldn't get an elevator. When you came out of the elevator the hallway was hot because there was a broken window that they had not fixed. They also raised their pet rates to $30 a day from $10 a day. Then when you took your dogs to their dog park you had to smell dog feces because they had no poop bags for you to pick up your dog's waist. Also in our room with the kitchen at absolutely nothing worked and I had meet that spoiled in the refrigerator because it did not work. It was the most unsatisfying trip ever. I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years and the quality this time was horrific. Also there are supposed to be coffee pots in every room there are never coffee pots you have to request one. I brought my own this time because I know how they do. I am just really really disappointed and this will probably be my last stay here.

The outlets need to be replaced - we had to switch rooms and owe the employee there were a lot of rooms that weren’t working properly. I was with my son so having the ability to charge my phone was super important.

BREAKFAST WAS OKAY CHECK IN WAS NOT NICE TO LONG TO ANSWER BELL PLUS WE HAD TO LOAD UP LUGGAGE TO GO TO OTHER LOCATION NEXT DOOR

Very satisfied with my stay here nice people and nice place
