It is a convinient place to stay but the hotel was runned down. The Breakfast was had a limited variety.
-
The breakfast served was in adequate along with terrible maintained of the hotel rooms with visible blood stains and burnt bed sheets with holes in them. Additionally there was a wet rug smell inside the room which was unbearable for the price, pillows were less and when asked for blankets there was no response from the staff

No hot water, roof was leaking at breakfast, and the breakfast was undesirable. The only thing available was bread and fruit.

The hotel was not what I expected. The room looked picked up but definitely wasn’t clean. There was a strong smell of vomit and cigarettes, and the floor had noticeable stains. There was also an old cup left in the shower when we checked in, which made it clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. After checking in, we took a shower and water started leaking into the room below us. Instead of fixing the issue, we were basically told to deal with it. The TV remote didn’t work either — you could only turn the TV on and off, nothing else. Our bed sheets had stains, and when we asked for clean ones, we were told they couldn’t replace them. They briefly offered us a new room, then immediately switched to offering a refund if we wanted to leave. We ended up staying but only used the room to sleep. Breakfast is served across the street in a different building, which was inconvenient. Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and plan to be out all day, it gets the job done but don’t expect much more.

Mal olor en Habitación

Elevator didn’t work… no iron… basic but could’ve been better

Ok

Had reservations got there and they had NO ROOMS will never use you again
-
Two properties it one of the properties has only king bed the other properties next door has two queens in one room. The second property was nice but the first one was horrible it stinks and doesn’t smell clean

Rooms and lobby were clean overall, decently nice blankets on the bed, however a few things malfunctioned/did not work whatsoever. Hot water handle for the kitchenette sink did not work, cold worked fine. Shower (and all the other sinks) turned off halfway through for a few minutes, right bedside light didnt work either, but overall you pay for what you get. Its pretty nice for what it is.

The breakfast and pool are next door at the bigger hotel, not there. Other than that it was a nice place. Although I did not experience breakfast or the pool due to not wanting to go next door.
-
Breakfast was lackluster and the lights next to the beds did not work. Just staying for a work trip and it served my purposes.
-
Very clean room and parking was excellent.
-
Disappointing that the elevator did not work; making it more difficult to get to 2nd and 3rd floor with luggage. We hope that it is fixed in a timely fashion, so we don't have the same difficulty in 2 weeks.

Amazing place to stay
-
Clean, well air-conditioned room and personal requests [tub chair; fix television] accommodated readily. Second floor ice machine did not work. Good breakfast options.

The property had a pool and free breakfast in the morning. I love the breakfast area very pleasant. Our stay was relaxing and pleasant we extended our time further.

I hate to write a negative review - but sometimes it's necessary to communicate... so that a business can understand what the "outside world" sees. Often times with "Value" properties - the owners are working hard, never leaving the property, but lose the ability to understand the true state of things. 1) The Expedia page showed their neighboring property hotel - not the motel. The lower rate puts you in an outdoor entrance motel. If I was traveling with wife/children, this would not be acceptable. 2) The room was rough. The toilet and bath was clean though! The rest? pretty bad... smell of weed hit me the moment I walked in (needs ozone cleaned!) cigarette burn in the top middle of the top blanket, lipstick print (full lips!) on sheets... 6" bashed hole in bathroom door, etc. 3) EVERY night after working a 12-14 hour day, after walking clear up to my room, I had to return to the office to get my key card re-activated. They only turn it on in 24 hour increments. 4) Breakfast looked/appeared to be less than appealing - lots of signs about not taking food out of area... (not a good thing for business travelers who may just want to grab a banana or yogurt for the road - not sitting for breakfast). Another note: It appears the property changed hands about 4-5 years ago - light bulbs are being swapped to the cheapest/whitest fluorescent bulbs. It has a very low end and stressful affect in the room and common areas.
