Stayed here for a few days with my family and everything was great! Only thing was upgrading the washer and dryers so they would be card acceptable because no one had coins for the machines. Other than that the breakfast was great they had a wide variety of things to choose from.

The room was comfortable and had a good size refrigerator. It also had a small stove top and dishes. Very nice

Everthing was wonderful. Excellent courtesy breakfast. Towels by the pool, safe parking lot. Located near where we wanted to be. The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us.

AC was not working. And when the maintenance man came to check on it, he told us he knew the AC wasn’t working and told them not to put us in that room, but they did anyways, so we were quite miserable all night.

The staff was great, housekeeping kept my room stocked and clean. I was there for 7 days and the breakfast tho was as good. It never change. Same items every day.

I was not disappointed with the choice of the hotel. It was close to my event center. The hotel was clean quiet and the staff were quite friendly. I will definitely stay here again despite the fact that it was quite far from the IAH airport. If you coming to Katy for an event I think you should check out this hotel.
