Great place to stay

This was such a great place to stay. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. It was nice that the property itself was by the freeway but isolated away from traffic so it was both convenient and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I’ve seen better but hot, fresh waffles are always a treat. If I find myself in Houston again, I’m definitely staying here.

I’m sorry but I saw Cockroaches in my Room, and a lot of smoke transfer the Filters of the Rooms I couldn’t sleep nothing at all on 3 day and I had to leave the hotel before the time Booked and they didn’t wanted to return my money back. I don’t recommend this Hotel at All.

Bath towels were really small and thin. No cold water in sink. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was basically a waffle or slice of bread. Front desk lady wasn’t very friendly. Floor tiles were popped all over. Bed blanket felt like a plastic sleeping bag. Lots of road noise. Wouldn’t recommend

The building itself is old. You can tell they’ve tried to keep up with maintenance. Our bedroom and bathroom had hair on the floor from previous guests. The pillows on the bed definitely need to be updated. I felt safe and comfortable. All I can say it was OK just for the one night as we were passing through the area.

The outside infrastructure was immaculately clean. And the location is kind of hidden and super quiet. The residents of the apartment complex behind it speed through their parking lot. There was long hair that wasn’t mine on the restroom floor and on the towels that came out the cubbie. They didn’t have much out around 5 am for breakfast.

Nothing The Floors in the Room Were Dirty, The Restroom Was Dirty, There Was Hair On The Floor And On The Back Of The Door, Shower Head Was Leaking From The Top, No Hand Soap, No Body Wash Or Shampoo In The Shower.

i came to sleep after work to find the bed with large two stains. called the reception no one answered. Tiered I slept on the other side of the bed did not get much sleep scared to touch the other side of the bed bed sheets were not clean and that is basic. the stain looked terrible. Staff not available and not friendly when they are

Great location but the room spelled of "weed" daily from one of my neighbors. I don't know if I'll book here again, although the young woman at the front desk was very kind and polite.

We didn’t check in cause the room smelled like bleach and my daughters thought the room was the same as the tv series my name is earl.
