The sheets were dirty with crumbs and different types of hair on several areas of the sheets. I called the managerand shared the outage. She was very abrupt and said the sheets were clean because she put them on the bed. I asked her to come up and see the crumbs and hair, she said, "I'm not coming out in the dark" and hung up on me. I immediately called Expedia and shared the horrible experience. I slept in a chair and checked out in the morning. I took pictures of the crumbs and hair and labeled each of the hair and crumbs with paper, identifying how dirty the sheets were. The hair dryer had long strands of hair stuck to the dryer hanging down. I took a picture of this as well. The iron was broken and the ironing board was filthy as well. The motel refused to refund my additional 3 days I paid for and offered another room when I was checking out. I was baffled that she actually thought I would stay there after being called a liar especially with the photos showing hair and crumbs.

Nothing. The photos advertised are from once upon a time. Communicating with the staff is nearly impossible. They advertise complimentary breakfast on booking platforms; it is not the case.

To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility. They also took a wet towel from the room but never replaced it, which shows a lack of attention and poor service standards. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this location unless management seriously improves customer service and transparency in billing.

The lady was very rude. She charged me $15 for an extra person and said I had to pay cash or I couldn’t check in to charge me a $50 deposit and kept it. The headboard fell apart and fell on my foot and instead of compensating me, she kept my deposit and tried to call the police terrible service terrible attitude. This lady is highly confrontational. And I want my money back, including my deposit.

Lady was rude and a liar tried to chharge an upfront 50$ cleaning fee for a service animal. Even we it stated nothing on their website

As advertised, there was no breakfast, except baby muffins. Apple and Orange Juices were dispensed diluted with water.

Nothing at all! Everything, I don’t even know how this ended up on booking or with Wyndham as part of its name. I was unable to take a shower, brush my teeth in the sink ( water didn’t work), hair left in the shower. Broken piece of plastic on the floor, my key stopped working several times, I was told there is no breakfast when there was. We were locked out of our room for an hour and a half because the owner decided to leave and lock the front door behind her. Something weird is going on here because the hotel was a complete piece of shit but the owner has a brand new BMV!!! Let’s top it off with the fact that they opened the door on the day of checkout at like 7:30 am waking up my husband. This was a horrible experience and I will be calling to get some type of refund. I booked a hotel so I could get a good night rest for the trip from Florida to Texas and back. Instead I woke up this morning with a crook in my neck! This was the worst part of my trip I hated it!!!

My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of drugs, in the hallways and rooms.

We booked a day in advance and called hotel.com to confirm our stay and was reassured that they had a room for us and said the hotel confirmed our stay. After landing from airport at 1030pm with our daughter , we were tired and hungry. We drove almost an hour to get to the hotel and they told us they over booked and there was no rooms available. We had no where to go because all the hotels around were sold out. This was the worst experience and would not recommend this place.
