We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn in Katy, Texas. Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel to the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Room was full of pet hair, cat, dog, my socks and pants ended with pet hair. Its ok if a hotel accepts pets but with the commitment to properly clean the rooms for all guests. Really disappointed on cleaness.
