The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very kind and friendly. The best was Margarita, who was working the breakfast station. She has the ultimate kind soul.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.

We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn in Katy, Texas. Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel to the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
