From pick up from the airport to return everything in between was great. Took full advantage of the shuttle service to downtown, the pool was luxurious, and pool bar / restaurant was 10/10. Staff was super friendly. Great experience & would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Clean. We had a haul of Mahi and the restraunt cooked some for us the very evening we caught it.

The shuttle every hour was perfect. The pool and cabanas were great. Great location. I didn’t get a chance to rent a bike but I loved that they were available on the property.

Key west is NOT known for its beaches… this is something i discovered after the fact!!?

We spend 2 night but we are very happy with the place. Staff in the bar by the pool was specially nice and attentive and so the servers in the restaurant. We had their garlic mahi mahi for dinner and it's one of the best fish I had. Lunch and breakfast portions were generous and they take it to you by the tables in the pool. Drinks by the bar were very delicious. The room was very clean though a bit of noise can be heard nothing too bad. Pool was always in a nice temperature.

Beds were comfortable, place was clean, given extra towels when needed. Housekeeping daily! Ice machine was out on 3rd floor but also saw people filling large coolers so not hotels fault.

We were pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Staff were excellent, everything was clean and well run. Great value for money in this part of the US.
