DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Grand Key - Key West

We were pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Staff were excellent, everything was clean and well run. Great value for money in this part of the US.

Great place

Overall if was decent but the hotel offering shuttles downtown in a van that could only seat 12 leaving others behind was not cool,especially considering we’re charged a resort fee. They have bigger buses but didn’t use them.

We stayed for 3 days and we enjoyed our stay. Room, Staff and pool everything was excellent.

We loved staying in New Town and enjoyed the shuttle service back and forth to Old Town

Will return. Stay was wonderful. Could not ask for more.

30$ resort fee 20 $ parking fee per day for a shuttle I never used, internet that was subpar and coffee I could get at fraction of the price the juice is not worth the squeeze

On top of the cleanliness issues, the way the situation was handled by the staff was very disappointing. Instead of feeling taken care of as guests, we felt like our concerns were not properly addressed. There was confusion and poor communication when we brought up the issues, and the response did not meet the standard you would expect from a hotel. For the price paid, this experience was not acceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in both cleanliness and guest service.

Would absolutely stay again! Staying in Key West for a fraction of the cost. Daily resort fee included bottled water, famous double tree cookies, shuttles every hour on the hour down to old town, shuttles to airport and Fury Watersports, as well as the use of the changing/shower room upon checkout, should you choose to stay and use the pool. Overall, it was quiet, clean, peaceful, and the pool was amazing. Major bonus points for having a hot tub also. OO, there is also a bar and restaurant on site and a small grocery/coviennent store next to the hotel. 10/10

Bar should open earlier

Unfortunately, we were not fans of the downtown (Duval St) area...too many over-served people and way too many t-shirt shops and bathing suit shops. So we decided to check out early and it was not a problem with the hotel. We thank you for that! Highly recommend the Doubletree Hotel and a big thank you to the entire Team of folks who helped make our hotel stay enjoyable!

Overall was a nice stay!

We had a great stay for our family of four. The pool was great, food and drinks were delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!! We would definitely stay there again.

I like everything in this hotel it was clean and best part for me was the view of the pool very nice place

Love the place. The staff is amazing, especially the one who checked us in and Jennifer/ manager on duty. Wish the breakfast is included.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a little further from attractions than I expected but was still a great place to stay.

The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Staff very helpful inviting and courteous. Breakfast and restaurant are very good exceptional service. The shuttle for downtown is extremely valuable and convenient. That alone saves a lot. I would recommend the DoubleTree anytime to anyone looking to have luxury and value.
