Hampton Inn Key West FL

Kim did a great job at the desk. There was an ice machine broken on the 1st floor be w room #240. The room was good and clean. The free water at the desk was a nice touch.

Very nice place to stay nothing fancy but it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean, convenient and close to town but away from the hustle and bustle of the night life. Perfect for a family vacation. Great breakfast, pool was beautiful and rooms were big and comfy!

The property was below average.

Great room, nice staff. The issues we had were that we were there for a week and upon check in were not notified the elevator was tore up, which did not get fixed the entire time we were there even though we were told it would fixed the day after checking in. Also there was one day we went went without water for the majority of the day.

Muy tranquila y acogedora

We came a little bit earlier to check in and ask if a room was available at the reception. While I was talking to a manager, the cleaning lady washed the floor and almost my feet. I asked if she could have some respect and move a little further away from me, but she ignored me and laughed like I was joking. I found it very rude and annoying! The manager got mad at me like I was at fault! They should train their staff to mop the floors where there are no people standing! The room was clean, but the bed is rock hard, therefore it was hard to sleep! The balcony door was impossible to open or close. Breakfast was okay. The birds outside stole people's food from the plates, so watch out for those pecky birds! The property has a very good pool and plenty of parking!

Our stay at Hampton was everything we were expecting. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room and facilities squeaky clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. They offer a free shuttle that takes you close to Duval street and there is also a paid tour stop on site.

Great ocean view and convenient shuttle service to downtown. Pool is nice and parking is convenient. Get to the breakfast early to avoid the rush.

The room was comfortable. The elevator was broken. Breakfast was just so-so. The van into town was great.

Beautiful property minutes from everything. Convenient shuttle and a relaxing pool made the days seamless.

It is a wonderful property. Not close to Old Town but the hotel offers a free shuttle so that was wonderful but we loved the location and the property. Will stay there when we return.

Everything was great. Clean room, great breakfast and pool

The oceanfront room we had was very large, towels were sparse, we did not get a parking pass upon check in, breakfast was good but most areas were hard to navigate. Coffee, sausage & potato’s ran out but I didn’t wait for them to be replenished. The hotel sat right next to the airport but it wasn’t an issue. All in all it was a good stay but very pricey.

Room and facility was clean. Enjoyed using the pool, pool bar and free buffet breakfast.
