Hyatt Vacation Club at Windward Pointe, Key West

This is our go-to place when we go to the keys

we only visited for 2 nights so didn't get to use too much but did have one evening at the pool area which was very nice..,clean, water comfortable Our room had everything we needed. We had an o ran view from our balcony which was awesome! The staff we dealt with was friendly.

We would definitely stay again, it was a beautiful resort..

They have a great outdoor space with pool and hot tub. There is a poolside bar with food for purchase. The suites are large and great to share with 2 couples. It is a vacation club so they are going to offer you to go to a sales presentation.

I would have game 5 stars for everything but I was not advised during check in that cleaning staff do not come in daily. I had to call every day for towels (they were delivered quickly) but the old towels and trash were not removed from the room, even after I requested it from the front desk.

Great resort for relaxing! Beautiful rooms but dated could use a refresh. Pool excellent! On site outdoor food terrible. Need a total overhaul and a bar!

Fantastic stay. Everything was just perfect

Overall the property is nice and very good maintained. The pool was very good and felt very clean. Please keep it like that.

Love the balcony setting, the rooms layout as well as the ocean view

Great place to be, but nothing in the resort, not even a simple store with the essentials.

The staff was very rude. Upon checkin we were not greeted. We chose this hotel for
