Hyatt Vacation Club at Windward Pointe, Key West

The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. 10/10

Nice grounds large rooms This visit was not great. Dirty. Floors,carpet, kitchen. Black feet from dirt. Mold on the shower curtain the shower heads thick mold shower curtain mold, mold in the jacuzzi tub. My special needs son took a bath in mold. Cleaned the tub several times could not get it out of the filter The carpets bad thick black dirt Front desk was not helpful and they let me on hold

This was my first time at an Hyatt and it was great.. loved the stay all around. No complaints about anything. Looking forward to next time.

Beautiful property layout & landscaping. Clean large pool. Spacious, clean, well-maintained suites. 2nd time here - will be back again. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST time here! The room was perfect for traveling with an adult son and minor son. We all had our own areas. The kitchen was beyond helpful and cut the cost of our stay since we didn't have to eat out every meal. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and sitting on the balcony overlooking the courtyard was so peaceful in the morning. It was a great place to start the day with my cup of coffee. There was a minor issue with the tub faucet handle, but maintenance was out immediately and took care of it. The pool was beautiful and they even offered water aerobics, which I participated in. I would highly recommend this property, and would love to come back.

We had such a great stay at the Hyatt in Key West! 🌴 The resort was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the location was perfect for enjoying everything Key West has to offer. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the property. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. We made some great memories and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West! ❤️🌊

The hotel does not connect to the beach! We had a great time the hotel it’s self was very comfortable well kept and had its resort appeal but it is not connected to a walk ing path to the beach which was very disappointing and the main reason we picked this hotel. Pictures can be misleading.

Pool is Fabulous, with plenty of patio space. A few outdoor activities… shuffle board, beach volleyball & corn hole boards 8 large outdoor gas grills, cleaned daily!!

Absolutely perfect stay. Great staff, extremely clean and efficient, great location. Only complaint, wish there was an onsite gym but not a deal breaker. Will be back

Beautiful property! The view was stunning. I will definitely stay here again but I recommend staying for a few days. I only stayed for 1 day and it was not enough!

So we have stayed here both times coming to Key West. The staff is outstanding and very nice from check in.. to check out. I will say that when you purchase through Expedia make sure you still have enough to pay for the resort fees and tax... they are NOT included.
