Hyatt Vacation Club at Windward Pointe, Key West

This resort was excellent and surpassed my expectations, worth the money. The rooms were great, with a comfortable balcony that oversees the beautiful courtyard, pool, to the ocean. The staff was ver nice, professional and friendly. Everything was perfect at this place. You must reserve at least one full day to spend at the resort to relax. Games, grills, hammocks, volleyball area. It was perfect.

Overall property is well maintained with good amenities. Little far away from the main Key West area but we liked the privacy.

Everything was excellent from the rooms to the pool. Even the outsides grounds was excellent.

Great staff, nice location, rent your golf cart a day before, nice area to ride a bike.

Clean. Nice sized bedrooms. Plenty of space for family. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare a quick meal. Washer and dryer inside unit.

The resort was AMAZING! Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and well maintained and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, anything we needed they brought right to our door. The balcony’s were incredible and had plenty of space inside. Highly recommend for families.

Nice grounds and great location

Our room was so nice and clean, we had a wonderful view and I loved the fact that we could rent a golf cart! We want to come back for sure!

The hotel seems to have taken my incidentals deposit without letting me know what is wrong. Now onto the long winded explanation and investigation what they observed and considered damaged.

Beautiful resort. The living space was nice. Staff friendly. Everything was well maintained and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. We stayed for 7 days and had a very relaxing vacation. We were afraid that the airplane traffic would be disturbing as it's so close to the airport, but after the first day, we never even paid any attention to it. The landscaping and grounds were very professionally maintained. We spent many hours around the pool and also on the outdoor games provided. Our room had a great view and was furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed how quite this side of the island was, very relaxing. We would definitely consider another stay here.
