Everything was great

Amenities: The hotel shuttle is convenient and easy to use. The pool is great. The bar/lounge is fun. The concierge is genuinely working to ensure you have an amazing experience. Rooms: Big, cold, clean, and quality bedding/furniture. Try to avoid the first floor, where families group up with adjoining rooms (or ask for those if you need them). Restaurants: All great, tasty, and quality items that’ll leave you coming back for more. Staff: Helpful, friendly, and happy to be there.

The room was excellent Not a thing

I spent most of my time there in the pool and at the bar when at the hotel. The food from the restaurant was also very good and it made it easy to grab food downstairs versus going out.

We love the Perry! It’s a pet- friendly and comfortable atmosphere located just far enough away from the hustle of Old Town Key West, but close enough to take the convenient free hourly shuttle that takes you right to the heart of everything Key West. We have been there a few times now and we will be back!

The grounds were beautiful and clean. Everything I needed was at the hotel, including the SCUBA diving.

Absolutely loved this property. Perfect location, off to the side so not directly in loud and busy Key West but close enough to run and grab a key lime slice after dinner! Property is beautiful, hotel smells so nice. The absolute only thing and perhaps it’s not even the hotels fault, the marina has so much trash floating in the water. We loved watching all the jellyfish, nurse sharks and tarpon swimming around but hated that they were dodging trash. Will stay again for sure!

Nice hotel. 5 days/4 nights stay. Free parking, but no free breakfast The room came with a fridge and a coffee maker, no microwave. 2 Restaurants in the property, but food is very expensive. Staff at check in don’t even smile at you, when they do it feels forced. Concierges were very nice. The shuttle to Key West is a great feature. One of the two pools was closed. The one pool was packed full every day. Room was great. Tile on the floors, hubby found bed uncomfortable. Our room had one King bed and a coffee table. It felt unfinished. It needs a small sofa or something, so you don’t have to use the bed to sit to eat or work on your laptop. Every room has a very spacious balcony. The gym is very well equipped.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Very well kept. Nice views. Close to actual Key West (10 min drive). Staff was friendly. AC was perfect cause it was HOT outside.

Not a package deal on Expedia then had to spend more money on hidden fees. If I buy a package I want everything included with no surprise fees.

Location was great. Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms very clean. The bed quality was sub par for the price. Uncomfortable and a sag in the middle. 20% tip added to all bar services. I usually don’t tip on the price of the beer or drink usually the quality of service. The automatic 20% on food and drinks was annoying.

Very Very nice place. We stayed in June the non busy time. Very worth every penny.
