Hilton Key West Resort & Marina

Liked everything but restaurant prices were extremely high for breakfast. Outrageous breakfast prices for simple breakfast. Cannot recommend restaurant.

Excellent hotel; the room was extra clean.

The resort was what we expected. The staff were friendly and provided amenities about the resort and the location that was very helpful. We kayaked for the 1st time and our guide Andrew M. was informative and patient made our adventure so fun.

Agustín at the front desk always making sure everything was good.. they are finally remodeling the place. It needed a touch up already. Still place is clean.

Beautiful resort and location. Having construction and updating while we were there as it recently became a Hilton resort. Love the location and the 2 hours of kayak/ paddle boarding and/or bicycling that was provided at no cost. Air conditioning in unit had issues but they tried to correct while there and it got a little better. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had issues with the bill and they corrected it and gave me free parking for my trouble. Yellowfin Restaurant was wonderful. Need to improve happy hour as no discount with drinks were a part of it.

Bad: Bathroom had no lock on the door, surprise fees for parking and "resort fee" total maybe $70 extra per night (might be mentioned but I didn't notice). Breakfast in the package deal is only free for 2 people per day though (?), leaving us a $40 bill + tip for every breakfast. One whole building is currently undergoing upgrades, so drill, hammer noises, etc, plus big blue tarps all over it.

The room was magnificent

Peaceful and quiet but close to Key West, and the bus from the hotel was an added bonus.

The room was clean and smells clean. Staffs are very helpful and greeted me enthusiastically. It was a place that I was expecting to be in and relax after a long drive. The pool was nice, heated and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We arrived they did not tell us they had construction going on buildings were closed . Hotel. Com should have some understanding of this or hotels should have to report when they are doing construction or a pool is not working. Thats false advertisement I had to pay for another resort because of the fake advertisement of this hotel

A large part of the hotel was under construction and closed during our stay, which was disappointing and limited our ability to enjoy the entire property. The construction also affected the overall atmosphere and experience. However, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring Key West. I wish we had been informed more clearly about the construction before booking.

Awesome place to stay at!

The housekeeping was awful. The bathrooms were clearly not cleaned well. Base of shower inside & out was dirty. Had to ask for toilet paper, we were there a week and had to ask for bed to be changed. They knocked on the door at different times so we never knew when they were coming. Garbage in the halls going to rooms. The restaurant & staff were amazing, the food was great. We spent a lot of money there and should not have to ask for clean rooms. Stayed at a Hilton in Boston, same issue with rooms. Too bad

Quietness Location form the town center

Construction going on during our stay. Pool needed a filter. Got flea bites.

We stayed in room 4202B it was a king suite, ocean view. We loved everything about this king suite. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We only stayed 2 nights and we only used the pool. We had most meals out while sightseeing. We definitely will request this room again. Our only complaint was the mini refrigerator didn't stay cold and I brought my homemade coffee creamer, it didn't go bad thankfully. Mini refrigerator didn't stay cold

everything is way too expensive for what you get. parking should be free. checkin is super late. it was at 6pm. then they want to charge you 50$ for 12 o'clock check out... which they didnt after i requested it removed. breakfast is expensive. Golf kart is more expensive then renting a car.
