Awesome place to stay at!
-
The housekeeping was awful. The bathrooms were clearly not cleaned well. Base of shower inside & out was dirty. Had to ask for toilet paper, we were there a week and had to ask for bed to be changed. They knocked on the door at different times so we never knew when they were coming. Garbage in the halls going to rooms. The restaurant & staff were amazing, the food was great. We spent a lot of money there and should not have to ask for clean rooms. Stayed at a Hilton in Boston, same issue with rooms. Too bad

everything is way too expensive for what you get. parking should be free. checkin is super late. it was at 6pm. then they want to charge you 50$ for 12 o'clock check out... which they didnt after i requested it removed. breakfast is expensive. Golf kart is more expensive then renting a car.

The entire stay was awesome from check in to check out. All staff members were awesome the food and drinks at the yellow fin restaurant was fantastic as well. There was construction going so at check in Richard took it upon himself to recommend that I stay in a different building then the one I had chosen when I booked. The room he set me up with was actually an upgrade as far away from the construction so it was quiet and peaceful with an amazing view overlooking a lagoon and the ocean. Best of all he did not even try to charge me for the upgraded room .the barmaid Aggie was excellent so awesome friendly and made perfect espresso martinis ! I’m glad I chose to stay there !

Hotel was nice but for price, I would not stay again. Over 300 a night after their 53.00 resort fee and 29.00 to park. Carpet in room was very dirty for that price point. A/C was horrible I barely slept because it was so hot. Water pressure in shower was really bad too. I just expected better from a Hilton.

House keeping showed up while we were in room 415 ask if she could give us a few so she could clean. Nope she said no she leaves at 5 Parking is a struggle as it’s under remodeling so it is to be expected. Only 1 pool and very dirty. Restaurant extremely disappointed and price way too high. Shuttle was prompt with there schedule was pretty spot on

Everything about this property is physically stunning. The location is amazing, the hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms offer genuine, beautiful views. Unfortunately, the arrival experience was completely ruined by an incredibly rude staff member who appeared to be a manager. After a long 3.5-hour drive, I was checking in with a polite young front desk agent. There was a minor verbal mix-up when he mistakenly told me I had a "harbor" view instead of an ocean view. Before the agent could even correct his own slip of the tongue, a female employee nearby abruptly hung up her phone call and aggressively jumped into our conversation. With an insufferable, sarcastic "mean girl" attitude, she began condescendingly explaining to me what an ocean was, snapping that I had an ocean view because we were in fact "surrounded by an ocean." She had absolutely no idea what the clerk and I were actually discussing, yet she repeatedly went out of her way to explain the ocean. Even as the young man awkwardly ignored her and politely confirmed my correct reservation, she just kept going on and on. It is embarrassing that someone past the age of 25, let alone a suspected manager, acts with this level of toxic hostility toward paying guests. She was our very first point of contact, and her behavior was completely uncalled for. Jeffrey, the shuttle driver, had more common sense. Go for the beautiful location, but management needs work!

Excellent service and great view.
-
The only win for the trip was the Yellowfin staff and the shuttle service to leave the resort.

If I could give the staff a 10/10, I would! They were absolutely wonderful and made our stay even better. The property was spotless, very clean, and well-maintained. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful clean property. We stayed for our 31st wedding anniversary. I would have appreciated it if they had treated it like a special occasion.

The hotel was okay, but definitely not worth the high price. The worst part was that we paid through Expedia, yet the hotel charged an extra $400 and never refunded it. This completely ruined our experience. Be careful when checking your bill.2 rooms for 2 days and 2 nights was supposed to be 1678, but hotel charges my card 2040$.Never coming back to this hotel.

When we arrived at the airport, the airline informed us that we did not actually have an outbound flight — only a return flight on July 21. The trip had been booked as round trip with airfare and hotel, and I had called months earlier to change our departure by one day, which I have confirmation of. Despite that, we spent hours on the phone with Expedia, were transferred repeatedly, and were even hung up on several times. We missed our original flight and ended up purchasing a Delta ticket for $900 one way for two people. We were also placed on standby and the seats were not ideal. We arrived in Key West late. Although Expedia eventually refunded the airfare I had already paid for, the compensation offered was only $250 in Expedia cash. That amount was insulting given everything we went through. Expedia kept referring us back to American Airlines, while American Airlines said it was Expedia’s fault. It was a complete disaster, and I would not wish that experience on anyone. Please be very cautious when booking through third-party travel sites.

very nice place to go on family vacation, totally recommend

I even bought a perfume after I returned from this trip because it reminds me of my stay at the resort. Love the view from our balcony, white boats, blue sky, coconut trees. What a Key West Dream. My parents loved it.

Also, we did not take advantage of the free rental for kayak or paddle boarding as the water was very brown and smelled.

Our stay was great. The room was beautiful and we were able to see dolphins from our balcony. The shuttle driver Jeff and the concierge Devlin were so helpful and nice. One issue we ran into was there was no first aid kits/bandaids available for purchase on site. The amenity we utilized most was the shuttle to downtown Key West. It was so helpful with our traveling.
