What I like was the customer service. Once we reached the apartment, it had a moldy smell and also the beds were super creaky. I was having issues with breathing, we reached out they moved us to a their sister property Beachside resorts and were very accommodative with our needs. This property was very clean and well kept. I would definitely book accommodations managed by Brightwild, because of their customer service and friendliness. There service was exceptional I would give them a 5 star. There was mold everywhere, beds were super creaky.

It was out of the way and very quiet. Surrounded by the marina on all sides. We really liked it after the hubbub of Key West. And the 2 master bedrooms and baths were perfect for 2 couples. Just the bed in our room was too high! It was an Olympic event trying to get into it!!

Location and amenities Heater didn’t function in one room

This was a quiet oasis away from the downtown area of the keys, yet easily accessible by a 15 minute drive. You are close to grocery stores and other amenities, but the location feels very private. We spent our time lounging at the pool, getting a drink from the bar, and hanging on the small private beach area. We also loved having our own patio area in French doors with chairs that we could sip a cocktail in the evening and watch the sunset. The management is changing hands and they no longer have a restaurant option on the property. However, since we had our own kitchen, we spent most of our time making our own food when we were not downtown. I will also say that if you are planning on spending a good amount of time downtown, you may want to consider staying downtown if that is the case or taking an Uber into town. Parking is extremely difficult.

The location was right by the water inside a marina (and there were some very expensive yachts docked here). This place is situated close to the Key West action, but not in Key West, which is perfect for us. Communication with the owners were relatively fast and easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Despite such a beautiful place, I feel that the owners may have saved some costs on proper property maintenance. Having rented out my place at another beach, I get it as it costs a lot to maintain. Some renters may damage things and you have to replace/repair them frequently. However, for the rent you pay at this condo, I'd expect better maintenance and attention to detail. Here are some items that would have improved our stay there: missing plantation shutter, so people outside could see someone sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed at night (see attached pic); front door had a gap in the weatherstripping (see attached pic); main door lock is misaligned, so it required some pulling/pushing to properly lock/unlock it; some ants/bugs inside (also mentioned by another reviewer), and poor lighting overall, especially in the kitchen/main entrance area (see attached pic). The other big thing was a poor internet connection (also mentioned by another reviewer). I don't think the condo's Wi-Fi worked correctly, because you could not get a consistent/good signal anywhere inside the condo. If the cell tower reception was better than 1-bar (Verizon) then we would have been fine. Once we drove to other places, we were able to get a signal to send pics, catch-up on emails/texts, look for restaurants/activities, etc. Finally, it was very hard to find this place (especially when it was dark on the evening we arrived). They sent directions a day or two before our check-in, but it only helped a little bit. Basically, you'll travel through an area that makes you wonder if you're going the correct way. Once you get to the marina, it takes a little bit of navigating inside there to find the right condo. The signage for the condo is a small plaque by the front door, so you'll randomly walk to several doors to find the correct one.

Amenities Plumbing, as in water pressure could've been better but we did know it's near the water.

The place was beautiful and very clean! The hosts gave us all the information needed right away. All the amenities were there, if needed. The pool was right out of the back door. If you walk the dock, it looks like an aquarium.

The hosts were amazing and responded quickly. The place was beautiful and clean. Loved it ? The TVs were a little difficult to manage and the second room’s shower had low water pressure. But the place is absolutely stunning and the amenities too. I can’t wait to stay there again. The hosts are the best !

The entire experience at the marina was superb. I have already recommended your resort to my friends and family. The room was a little hard to find. Maybe more signs at the front to direct.
