Outdoor pool, ocean view, very well kept, clean . Wish they had coffee machine in the rooms, other than it was very nice

The room was really nice and the staff was very helpful.

The pool at the building we stayed in was disgusting. Floating bandaids, false eyelashes, cockroaches and debris was floating along with a film building up by the filters. Requested it to be cleaned and never was. Bathroom ceiling had black mold. Housekeeping came into our room without knocking at 5 pm to turn our room over. We declined at that point. When we left, we accidentally left a bag. No direct number to call. Concierge on the text message number said they would check with housekeeping and never got back to us again. I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing experience

Very nice! Very clean. Rooms are big! Shuttle to and from Duval St every hour was super convenient! Great stay!

It was absolutely lovely even though we had to leave early, we could have been happier. I was very beautiful and the rooms were nice. The pillows were too soft. The pools lovely and had beautiful views of the marina. We will be returning to enjoy this facility next year. The shuttle driver Jeffery was the star of the entire trip so friendly and helpful full of knowledge about the area and brings a smile to the face of all he meets!

Fabulous ocean views! Bright and airy rooms. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not like the Excessive fees at checkout!! We paid for the trip in advance and was charged an additional $375.00 in fees!!!! I feel it was extremely exorbitant and unfair!!! We should be Warned !!!

Great resort, the shuttle to Key West was a great thing to have and the facilities and staff were all fantastic.

We liked the location just a short drive from Key West for day trip. Nice balcony overlooking marina. If we go back I would try to book in Building 1 or 2 2nd floor for better views. Building 3 on 3rd floor has good views. My wife love the look and location of the resort. Clean and fresh looking. Would book again if we go back.

The Property is in a good location and has shuttle service to take guest to a central location in Key West. The Property has a nice restaurant, awesome outside pools, and nice amenities you'd expect at a Resort.

Great place for a family reunion

The Oceans Edge is an incredible resort. I was a little wary of staying on Stock Island instead of downtown Key West itself, however when I saw the tropical gates of the hotel all of my concerns were blown away. Everything about this hotel is stunning, from the luscious tropical grounds to the beautifully appointed rooms. We were In block 1, which had incredible tropical views from the balcony through the marina out to the ocean. Our room felt luxurious and tranquil, with comfortable beds and pillows. Then there's the stunning grounds with beautiful pools - there are six of them to choose from and are surrounded by comfortable sun beds. My only gripe would be the limited number of umbrellas for some shade around the pools. The whole hotel is incredibly clean throughout, with attentive and kind staff. I must point out that there is a daily $29 fee to park your car as well as a daily resort fee of $52 (plus tax). Yes it is a pricy place to stay but it is worth every penny. I honestly have nothing negative to say as it was perfect in every way for what I wanted from this holiday. People on their first trip to Key West may find this hotel a little far away from the action of Duval Street, but the hotel provides an hourly shuttle at no extra cost to the Old Town, running until 11.25pm. I would highly recommend this tranquil resort and I look forward to staying there again.

I charter a boat in their marina numerous times a year. Have been doing this for years. My Expedia reservation said $156 due at resort. When I checked out they charged me $281.00. They tried to say it was a parking fee but that is only $29 a day. My fishing trips we over $10,000 this year. I won't be staying in this hotel for future trips. Deceit isn't a very good trait for a hotel.

Two anniversaries in a row - there definitely will be a third next year!

No real ocean view as our room described. Wine cooler but no refrigerator in our room. Not sure we would stay here again. Dining options close early.

Easy going, easy property to navigate, easy shuttle, nice restaurant, pools clean, rooms clean. Overall nice experience for a quick weekend away.
