I like the pools I like the hot tubs I like that is next to Old Town The room could have smelled better

I like that its close to a lot of place and you can have fun around without using the car . Around the areas was a lot of garbage, no light in my room, sink was plugged, bathroom dirty and mold around toilet and shower . The room door not save at all we move the table and chair to feel secure.I call receptionist and not help full at all . I don't know if manager or owners change but was much better before, is unacceptable that the door was not secure . and I was staying the at the big room that have 2 bed and one twin in one room , has kitchen and 3 more beds is the big room , and when I call the receptionist she do not even send a person to fix the room and additional to that was a lot of fruit fly and when I use the flash lights from my phone the kitchen sink look like some one throw up on it .

Location/price It was a nightmare hotel run by very unhappy, unfriendly, un-acommadating, lazy employees. We had to run up to the front desk for toilet paper and a hairdryer instead of them bringing us these idems, which should have already been in the room. The bath tub falcet dripped 24/7 heavily. It took them hours to come fix a backed up running tolet. TV reception was very poor. Wall pluges were not working. Only one light in the room worked. No fitted sheets on bed. Bed covering very poor condition. One towel per person for entire stay. The only thing that could have been worse is if we had found bed bugs. We are handicap, scooter people, so having to run all over to get things that should be in the room is very disrespectful of them. Plus, they had NO handicap rooms available for us even though my request for one was made MONTHS in advance. Most of the handicap rooms were shut down.

I spent 14 days there, not clean, not changing the sheets, they were very dirty, I had to move to another bedroom but it was the same. Until now they're kept my deposit, I don't know why.

The beds are hard to sleep on. But The property was of good value for what I needed.

I loved the location, price, cleanliness, and staff friendliness. I hated the pillows they were too hard would've liked options.

The property it set was dirty, the furniture are so old and falling apart, the carpets are so dirty and the doors where hard to manage, needs a complete renovation, nothing like the photo on booking. The property is located close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Very good value, spacious and all facilities required for a short stay. Dated and in need of an upgrade. Cracked sink, stripped paint i bath and stained carpet and furnishings. Not impressive visually.

Nothing It was absolutely disgusting everything was dirty, you had to slam the door to make it close, to open the door you had to be quick to open or you’d have to do it all over again. There was blood on the wall, one of the outlets looks like it caught on fire, the beds are so uncomfortable springs were jabbing into you. There was 1 rolls of toilet paper for 5 of us we asked for another roll and they told us we don’t have any. Someone threw up in the pool and they didn’t even clean it just more people swimming in the pool that didn’t even know. The front desk lady was very rude. Don’t ever stay here!

All the restaurants and bars were permanently closed, lots of homeless people hanging out at night in the parking lot.

It was located next to old town. Everything. The beds were horrible, the bathroom was filthy, the tv only half worked, and the lights constantly flickered. We asked to be moved to another room and it was no different.

Location near old town, size of suite, room fairly clean and didn't see any bugs All amenities closed, only one pool open. I have been staying here for all my trips for 3 or 4 years and it has gone downhill big-time. Toilets don't work well, could not get hot water for shower, no tv remotes, no coffee packets, one soap and shampoo for 4 people. Hot tubs closed, back pool closed, tiki bar and restaurant closed it was disappointing to see the decline

Location Up keep

Hotel has an excellent location but its conditions are horrible. Feels like a scene of a horror movie. If thwy would update rooms, facility itself it would be amazing. It has such great potential With lts location.

Nothing I wanted to leave the second I walked in Room was dirty the pools were closed and hot tub drained..no elevators was hard to carry luggage upstairs the locks were broken the door barely closed the hot water was non-existing there was no Internet if you tried to connect it was the slowest thing ever...phone cords were everywhere holes in walls and floors stains on beds and couches...smelled bad...mold on walls and tub mildew...
