Nice place but literally saw young child going to the bathroom in the lazy river. Puts a damper on the whole stay which was for two nights. We stayed there because our grand daughter was with us. Great for kids but saw the urination in the river and was totally turned off especially since I saw this display right after I got out of it. Not good.

Room was spacious but certain elements were dirty and stained including the curtains and the air conditioning unit. In addition, the pillows on the king bed were very small and the blanket was mostly sheets, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, the jets on the whirlpool bath were broken. Finally, we ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant and it was pretty terrible.

Both tv remotes did not work which was very frustrating with an over tired toddler. Locker rooms by the water park need a deep clean I was not comfortable changing my baby there. Searching of bags before entering water park was invasive and unnecessary

we stay here at least once a year. The check-in process is a little stressful because the line was so long and seemed like there was not enough people working. However, the rooms are clean. The waterpark is nice and the kids always have a good time.

As far as water park/ hotels in the area go, this was a great experience. The 2 bedroom room was a great accommodation for the 6 of us in my family. The water park was a great time; busy but not too busy. Would recommend
