Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

We love Timber Ridge. My 5 and 7 year old boys are outgrowing the small water park, but we have had fun traveling here for the past 3 years.

We have been staying at Timber Ridge for several years now. We love the waterpark for the kids, the food selection, friendly customer service, and the close location to downtown!

Room hasn’t been updated in years. Carpets, bathrooms, and kitchen are dingy and old. Loft AC not functioning. The water park is great but rooms are in need of major renovations.

We love it! Our family visit e very year!I there was nothing i didnt like .I would love to see hand sanitizer stations through out especially by the arcade.A suggestion ....switch to a water proof door key. At great wolf the kids wrist band gave them access to the pool and served as the door key for the hotel room. Thanks

Clean rooms, comfy beds,lots of space for all!

Clean and good staff

My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. Staff very nice and helpful. Definitely, will be returning.

I mentioned that I was a Gold member per Expedia instruction to receive perks but received none. We also notified front desk about the loud noise from the room upstairs as it was already 11pm and people are still being loud. No actions were done. Probably won’t be back in this property.

Everything Bowling and arcade

Everything was great while we were there. Unfortunately, my daughter got some sort of bacterial infection, most likely from being in the water and keeping a wet bathing suit on for too long.

Very impressed with the speedy check-in in the room, kitchenette and separate bedroom and living area.

Our room was great and very clean! The staff was so nice and was great with my toddler. Waterpark was amazing for my little one!

Staff was so rude, especially the Supervisor. We tried to extend the night. They checked us out and we paid the resort fee twice and they put it on Expedia. They said it’s more cheapap if you don’t do it through Expedia for the first night kids only played two hours for $300. We tried to extend the night so they can play one that’s what happened. We checked us out no 50% not 25. Nothing like the commercial I always go every year but this year was horrible. They don’t even have water bottle in the fridge supposed to be for free.

Immaculate property! Super fun for both the kiddos and adults!! Highly recommended!

Additionally, for a resort that markets itself as family-friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of accommodation for breastfeeding mothers. I had to speak with a manager regarding the storage of breast milk and was informed that this was not something they typically provide assistance with. This created an unnecessary challenge during our stay and did not align with the family-friendly experience we anticipated.

The staff were incredibly good. Anything you need... Just call the front desk and it will be at your door within a few minutes. I thought the price was a bit steep but the stay was very good 👍
