I’m a repeat visitor of this resort. It’s in a good location. For the most part the grounds are clean. For the most part the food is decent The price of the food and the gift shop is a little steep for the quality of what you’re getting the grounds could use some work on cleanliness the Wi-Fi near the waterpark area and in the rooms is not good at all. A lot of the games were not working.

Everything was excellent. Everything met our needs. Max & Maple restaurant. Found hair in our dinner food and breakfast was horrible.

One thing I really appreciated was having a full-size refrigerator and an electric stovetop in the room. The kitchen was also stocked with silverware, plates, cups, and even pots for cooking. We brought food with us for the kids, so having an actual kitchen setup instead of just a mini fridge was extremely convenient for our family. The room itself was a good size, but it could definitely use some updating and a deeper cleaning in certain areas. The kitchen sink had quite a bit of limescale buildup. The whirlpool/jacuzzi-style tub was another concern. There appeared to be mold or mildew buildup around some of the jet openings, and the drains looked like they could use a really thorough scrub. The pull-out couch turns into a queen-size bed, which sounded great in theory, but unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on it the first night and my husband slept on it the second night, and we both had the same experience. If you’re planning on using the sofa bed for an adult, I would definitely keep that in mind. On the positive side, the waterpark was great! The kids really enjoyed it, and that was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. No smart TV so unable to watch Netflix ect. Exhaust fan was running which was very loud and unable to sleep. Sent text to front desk and they sent an engineer to get it turned off. Next morning we could not get the sofa bed pushed back in, so they had to send someone for that issue. Check out day we had to be out by 11. I did not hear anyone knock and guy let himself in out room an hour before we needed to be out. He asked if we were checking out. I said yes that I was aware it was check-out and we had until 11AM. That was the biggest issue for someone to just let themselves in the room before check-out time or a message that we were out of the room.

Everything. Get some Tacos! My bathroom was rough. I cleaned it more before we used it. Toilet seat was loose. I tightened it. Ew lol but it was great.

It was a very enjoyable day. The waterpark was amazing.

Great waterpark get-away for our family. We have young grandkids and it was a perfect resort for us. They were sold out for the night but it never felt crowded. The kids enjoyed all of the activities. It would be nice to have a playground area for the kids. Check-in took quite awhile as it was busy and a long line. The facilities were clean and well cared for.
