The tv did not work.we requested to get fix but never got fixed

It’s comfortable and great location. The sinks weren’t draining properly, slowly. The living room area cutting didn’t go down.
-
Beautiful 2 rooms and two bathrooms apartment in the middle of the strip. Walking distance to major atractions. For sure if I come back to LV I will stay here again

I absolutely loved the location and the easy access right into the Cosmo or you could walk right to the strip. It was perfect.

Good location This property is in very desperate need of maintenance, repairs, and updates. The AC barely worked, we had it set to 65 and it was definitely in the high 70s the entire time. We were miserably hot and bought fans to help cool us off. The curtains were broken and could not be pulled down either with the non-exisistent remote that should have been there, or manually. Blackout curtains on a Vegas property, especially one on the very bright strip, is absolutely necessary. The only lighting in the bedroom was two small, dim lamps. It was very difficult to use the space at night because of the lack of light, and with how crammed the multiple beds are, we kept stubbing our toes or shins on the hard metal bed frames. Other random issues included moldy toilet paper, freezer handle that popped off the second we touched it, sink knob that also popped off, no garbage bags.

No closets, limited bedroom dressers

We went to the security office. Was not sure about where I was supposed to go, but the reception desk directed us to the correct place. They were nice and informative. No complaints. Upon arrival, it was very difficult to determine where to park and where to go to pick up the keys. Clearer directions and advanced information about parking and check-in locations would have been very helpful. Additionally, while this is not directly related to check-in, I would like to note a few concerns with the room: The bathtub drained very slowly, creating a safety concern as we nearly slipped while showering. The electrical outlet between the beds did not work, preventing us from using the lamp or charging our devices at the bedside table. Regarding parking, at check-in, I was informed that parking was complimentary. I was told to hang a yellow parking tag in my vehicle and that I would be able to exit the parking garage at check-out using my room key. When checking out, I retained one of the key cards provided; however, when attempting to exit the garage, the key did not work. With a long line of cars behind me and no way to call for assistance, I was forced to pay $50.00 to exit the garage. Based on the information provided at check-in, I was under the impression that parking fees were included as part of my stay. I am requesting to be contacted regarding reimbursement of the $50.00 parking charge, as this situation occurred despite following the instructions given. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Great location, great space, everything went smoothly. Everything was clean when we got there, I’m staying here next time I go to Vegas.

Perfect place for a family and friends group to be able to stay together without managing the logistics of multiple hotel rooms. The location honestly cannot be beat! Tucked in right between Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, with elevator access directly to the Cosmo casino floor. The kitchen was very, very basically stocked. I think there were like four forks. Considering the number of people who can stay, a few more would be optimal.

there was a lot of beds and kitchen . the sofa bed was old seemed not clean in a while

Oda temiz, personel iyi

The actual location was very convenient to go to the Las Vegas Strip. The room had enough beds for all of us (4 large+1sofa). The building has an elevator connecting directly to the Cosmopolitan hotel/casino. The convenience & value of a condo at a hotel location. Quiet, great for sleeping. The entrance is a little hard to find, especially at night. Please read the instructions carefully to find your way. No view.

Space was clean and comfortable. The area was safe and it was very quiet and peaceful inside. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Appart parfait! Tout est prévu ! Emplacement ideal

Our arrival started off rough with confusion about where to park. To make matters worse we had to switch rooms due to a leak in the bathroom. The head of security was so accommadating I cannot say enough good things about him. On top of that the host refunded us some money and the room we switched to was an upgrade with a view. What could have been a bummer was completeley turned around due to how the situation was handled. Thank you all. The rooms were perfect for a family of four and located at the heart of the strip at an excellent price (rooms at nearby hotels were double the price and then some). The kitchen made it possible to accomadate our unique dietery needs as well as not spend a fortune every single day dining out. Thank you all again, especially the head of security who's name escapes me at the moment.

The place has everything you need, and since this is on the strip, it is so close to everything!

Its in the middle of everything! You walk in and its quiet so you get a good night sleep. Have plenty of room and beds. Will be staying here next time we visit Las Vegas again.

Everything was great. The cleaning staff went over and above compared to other properties.

AC wasn't the best, but the owner had fans in all the rooms that made it a bit better. The shower controls were difficult due to being installed wrong. Tv was not connected to the internet, and we couldn't get it to work, and it was a bit small. Maybe some bigger tvs in the rooms might be nice with something to watch. The bedside lamp has a plug-in to charge your phone, but it quits working when you use switch on the wall to turn lights off. Overall, there are just minor things that we were able to live with, but it was great for our family

Everything from comfort to accommodation was 10 out of 10. All of the staff & security were very friendly & helpful. The location is right in the heart of the strip. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this place is by far the best. With the room-darkening shade, comfy big beds, & the amazing a/c you can relax & forget about the 115° heat outside. My daughter, my son & 4 grandkids all were so comfortable we cooked pizza in the oven & enjoyed ice cream just like being at home but better! Our host even messaged to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks Dan. Also, the housekeeping lady reached out to make sure we had enough towels & brought more right away. And, it is very secure so you can go out & have a good time without having to stress about leaving your belongings in the room. The only thing was our view but that's only because our room was located on the south side of the tower and there was a building there so that's all we could see besides down to the pool area a little bit but everything else made up for it!!!
