But we asked for a river view and only got a partial view and the rest was dirty It was great up until we saw the pool, super dirty and there was vomit. They had another pool only for adults Staff was petty there was two signs contradicting each other. Won’t not stay there again.

I forgot to mention in my other rewire. While on the elevator. A couple that was checking out mention their room had bed bugs

Booked 3 rooms . 2 out the 3 were decently clean.. the one I stay at .the power outlet were loose. . Sheets had stains. The wait for the elevators werre 20 min plus. One elevator sounded as it needed wd40. The beach is very limited to space and what we can bring.. so we had to go esle were to enjoy the water while out there..

Elevators were acting weird all weekend.

There were issues with the plumbing. I kept hearing air n the pipes. Maintenance woke us up to fix an issue with the plumbing backing up n the room next door.? Our bed sheets/cover had stains on them. Room was a smoking room but kinda dirty. They did move us to a new room. It’s not the same as the time before we stayed there.

Terrible vacation experience, the room was ugly, the bed horrible, the A/C didn't cool, but the worst was the one who checked us in, a rude and impolite young girl. We had to go to get the room changed and pay extra for it. To top it off, there were extra charges for any furniture used at the river beach, not just the Cabanas, and it was more expensive than the rooms themselves. Very average, I can only highlight the attention of Mrs. Duncan who solved the room issues for us and the service at Range Steakhouse.

The executive room in the North tower was stunning. The price was incredible. The pool was awesome, the beach was refreshing!

Out of 4 days staying there only once our room got cleaned and we requested it for the whole time staying there. Not one thing got cleaned out trash was never picked up. All the towels piled up. Asked for room service and i was told they were short staffed. Air conditioning we had it at 60° and the room felt like it was 85° all of the central tower AC was not working so I had to sleep with a wet towel to stay cool. Then they were painted the whole 5th floor and I almost got a headache from smelling all the paint. The carpet was dirty down the hallway. Overalls it was not the experience that I was looking to have. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT

Super cool

Gum on the carpet,pool bar closed early, dirty toilet. The room smelled. Elevators took for ever. The room in general need an upgrade counter cracked, hole in the wall, and baseboard coming off inthe bathroom. No daily maid service. Valet was short staffed.

It wasn’t until the last night of our stay that someone finally came to help us take out the trash. This was extremely frustrating and not the level of service i expected. Additionally, the wait times to get into our room were ridiculous due to long lines to get into an elevator. Overall, the lack of service and long wait time made our stay very disappointing. I hope management dresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
