Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Room was ok, room cleanness could improve, it was very hot and AC was cold but didn’t have blowing power.

Old rooms when I booked it looked pretty but the rooms are old and a bit smelly

Didn't really care for the property at all. Was beneath my standards for what I'm used to. Over crowed and to many children up late into the evening. I know the hotel can't control that, but there should be a curfew in place. Also, fireworks were weak!

It was good. Felt the place is getting a bit old and can use some remodeling.

Very cool to be right on the beach. The river is beautiful and only Harrah’s has that access. I do wish the hotel was nicer. The pool could use some umbrellas and newer decor. Fun trip!

Best beach on the Laughlin strip of Casinos

The room was disgusting and dirty, the shower curtain rod was broken and sitting on the toilet when we got there. It took multiple calls to the front desk to get someone to come up and replace the shower rod so the first few showers were just spraying water all over the floor. There was also a giant hole under the sink were if I looked hard enough I’m sure I could see into the room next to me. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete and there was only 3 pillows for a king size bed that was so light it felt like you head was on nothing. Also I paid for the room up front but when I got there I was still hit with an extra 200$ in fees that I still don’t know what they were for. In future I would never stay there again.

First and last time I would stay in that resort! To many restrictions, no working elevators in parking structure. No floaties, no alcohol, no umbrellas, allowed in pool or chairs allowed in man made beach. Not enough chairs at poolside. Only 2 spots for shade in family pool at 115+ degree weather.

I tried to rent a cabana they gave my spot to someone else but still charged me the money the staff was unhelpful and the manager did not even return my message horrible experience. I will be posting my experience all over social media platforms

This place is not what it used to be. rooms are run down and upgrades needed.

Property is dated and needs complete redo. Front desk staff was sparse! Price was good but not to expect much….

Clean rooms staff was great

Waited almost 30 minutes to get to my room. I requested a room non-smoking And it smell like a smoking room. AC it seems it didn’t work… Bad experience 🙁
