Clarion Hotel Conference Center Lexington North

I was able to get a room for family weekend at UK when most other places were full. t was in a safe enough area. The property was in the middle of a needed renovation. I didn't feel unsafe, but the hotel itself was a little rundown. Guests kept propping the exterior door open and there was a sign posted not to which tells me it's a common experience. Could stand to freshen up the pillows.

didnt like a thing about it For starters the pool and jacuzzi were out of order that was the main reason for us staying said screw it still stayed there then the room they put us in had shards of glass all on the floor and my daughters foot got cut open then we went too switch rooms they told us it was 510 walked all the way there wasnt 510 then had too walk all the way back turns out it was 610 then had to walk all the way there again .. overall horrible expierence

I would not stay here again. Lack of options so it did the job but wasn’t as nice as it looks online. Also construction going on and told water would be off in the morning.

We didnt end up staying . When we walked in room its smelled like mildew and I have asthma I had to go to urgent care for an inhaler because I didnt have mine ....they need to replace carpet and clean

newly restored room was clean Property under restoration with no notice of that up front. The restaurant/bar was closed. We had to get back into our car and drive way around the building to get to the room due to construction.

Terrible experience. No hot water for my shower upon arriving. They were doing work, but no one told me the hot water was off! Uncomfortable bed, out dated rooms and amenities. Came in after one night after “cleaned” but didn’t make my bed. Will not be staying there again.

Staff was great. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, but no juice. Noisy area because of street asphalting and the construction being done in the hotel.

can stay with dog the dog friendly rooms don't have handicap access

The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable.

room was fine...as i expected it to be. the breakfast. we stayed at a choice hotel in Knoxville TN and the breakfast there was phenominal. the breakfast here paled in comparison.

Very good

Uncomfortable bed covered by a plastic cover that wrinkled loudly. The sign at the door indicated accessible but no way someone in a wheelchair can shower in the tub. Outside door was almost impossible to get into. I have stayed there many times but never on that wing. There are the Marriott and Embassy Suites nearby and will likely be my next stay. Also, where I stayed felt too isolated to be safe.
