Breakfast menu left a lot to be desired

We checked in late after traveling. We were hot from being outside and the AC was cut way down. Slept great. Good breakfast. Weren’t there very long.

Very good service and breakfast. Gabriele was also very helpful and happy to help during checkout.

Comfortable spacious rooms. Convenient location to major highways. A typical QI breakfast and several food options nearby. Regarding the staff, they seemed rather put out by guests wanting to check in or out,

The room and bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was all functioning and clean. Breakfast was wonderful! The front desk lady was not friendly and when I asked how close the Horse park was she just said "close". I said I was planning a trip there the next day not knowing they were closed on Tuesdays and she didn't say a word. Usually hotel staff are aware of attractions in the area and inform guests, this lady had no clue.

Disappointed. Staff was rude. Breakfast tucked. Won't be back.

Clean room and lobby! Never had any issues during my stay, parking was easy and live that they were on the official shuttle bus route for my event.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could us some sprucing up in some areas. But it has a pool table and video games by the lobby. There is no swimming pool. It does have washers and dryers for guest on the first floor,but there is no table to put your clothes on. The gym is right next to the laundry and it is decent. They do give you free little bags of ice since the vending machines are so spread out, it is a huge hotel. The room was nice and spacious and pretty clean. There were some spots on the bathroom floor and carpet. The bed was comfortable. They do provide continental breakfast. There is free parking. Also there is a very good restaurant right up the road Sedona Tap House, very good service and food!

The check in was probably the fastest I've ever had. There for Breyerfest in July. Place is clean and everything is good. Our air stopped working the middle of the 2nd to last night. Told the front desk as we were leaving that morning and she said she would either have it fixed or move us to another room, very nice lady. When we returned that evening, that girl was a tad snippy about 'she didn't know why she said she'd have it fixed because they don't come in for that over the weekend'. She did have my new room already set up and gave me that. 20 minutes later I went down to hand her the old room's keys back and as I did she said, checking out? I said no, these are the ones for the one we moved out of. Again, she was tad onry about how they have 170 rooms and deals with a lot of people all day, she can't remember everyone. I get that, but I was just standing in front of you 20 minutes ago, no need for the tude. She wasn't outright rude to the point of asking for a mgr, just wasn't as friendly as the other people that helped us throughout our stay. That being said, our issue was handled and all was good. This girl just left an icky taste where everyone else was so great!

The other reviews for this property indicating it is in poor condition and not very clean are accurate. The hallways were clearly not maintained and there were stains on the carpet and around the room and a dead bug in the bathroom. Breakfast was marginal. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Only room issue was toilet not always flushing completely, they checked it night I arrived and said was fixed but after second flush next morning same issue. [ mentioned to front desk as checked out and he added it to maintenance log] Second floor hallway was hot, and dated carpet. Safety inspection on elevator a few years out of date, did not ask but assumed current one is in office just not posted.

I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always prompt, courteous, and professional. I did not like the TV remote control. I understand that it is a universal remote and that it did not allow me to enter the desired channel number directly. As a result, having to change channels one at a time was very inconvenient and frustrating.
