Quality Inn Lexington -Horse Park

Good location, just off interstate. Several good restaurants around hotel A little run down. Halls and elevator have seen better days. Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was especially dirty including toilet and tub. I cleaned them myself before letting my grandchild and myself take showers. There was no ice bucket in the room. Also no instructions on working the tv/direct tv/cable I finally just gave up and turned the television off.

There were bed bugs, and the room was not well kept. Ended up leaving the hotel without staying a night because it wasn’t acceptable.

Denied late checkout 12 instead of 11. No used to this attitude

Hotel is definitely run down a bit. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed and it didn’t look like the vacuum had been ran in the hallway in quite some time.

Very good

This is a good deal if you’re budget traveling and maybe for one night. Shauna, front desk clerk, on arrival just asked for my ID and gave me room key. That was it. No welcome, no explaining where room or elevators were located nor any info about breakfast. Stains all over chair and carpet, and bath linens in our room. Breakfast choices were minimal. Rate is inexpensive and location is convenient.

The shower did not work. The bathtub was nasty. There was dirty water left in the sink. The bathroom door was warped.

Stay here! Safe, quiet, great price point and only 20 minutes from Broadway. Uber was less than $20. Staff is excellent! Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and nice to have a bar on property as well.

Staff was kind. Property is not well maintained. Good location for a horse show. Beds are comfortable.

For a non smoking room all I could smell was smoke while walking to my room

This hotel was very clean. It looked like it had been recently updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was quiet, which gave us a good night sleep and in the morning we were rested and ready to continue our trip. The breakfast had a choice of hot or cold items and was very good. When we pass through Lexington again we will definitely stay at this hotel.

It was convenient for dinner because few restaurants were just walking distance from the hotel. Location was quite a distance from downtown.

Nice and clean. Big breakfast area with good choices for food. Cracker Barrel restaurant very close. Gas station near.
