Just an okay stay. Rooms were clean enough but nothing special

Everything was amazing.

It was solid place to rest your head for the night.

The signage needs updating. I took an elevator closer to my room, when I got off it I was lost! No signs to say where what was nothing. Staff sat in a chair while checking me in. Didn't offer me my choice hotel member gift. Very disconnected. There was no ice bucket in the room, we had to go back downstairs to get a bag of ice. Hair in the tub... just not what we're used to from this chain.

The pillows were really thin in all the bed was really good

Room was gd, cleaned, but was hot Room was hot, all the machines were not working.

Hotel was conveniently located for the Kentucky Horse Park and other points of interest. Breakfast was just as you expect at a hotel so no surprises there. Overall a great experience and I would book here again.

Room (except bathroom) was clean and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay Toilet in bathroom was FULL OF POOP upon check in. We called down to front desk and they refused to come up or change us rooms. She did say if we wanted to come down she could give us a plunger. WHY is it our responsibility to fix the toilet and plunge it upon check in??? DISGUSTING both he toilet AND the front desk girl that was working.

Clean room, amazing room

Dirty room. Ants in bathroom. Nasty carpet.

It was good. Nothing bad. Nothing great. Needs a renovation sooner than later but it was decent place to stop off on our road trip. We did pay extra for an upgraded room but only received a standard room. We inquired with the staff but they blamed it on Expedia. Not a huge loss but misleading nevertheless.

Decent for the price paid.

I enjoyed my stay and would have stayed Monday and Tuesday if the rates hadn’t gone up

Good location, right off the highway! Staff were lovely and very helpful!

Photos of the hotel didn’t show much of what to actually expect. The areas shown in pictures are pretty nice but other areas not so much. Our shower was missing a curtain when we got in. There were multiple cracks in the shower and on the bathroom floor as well as dark spots of mold and discoloration. The bed frame had metal trim sticking out that my 7 year old walked into and cut his shin. The breakfast had a great selection but unfortunately the quality was disappointing aside from the containers of yogurt. On the plus side the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Hotel was very well maintained, and staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very competitive with other accommodations in the price range. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.
