Homeless around the hotel and inside.

I’d like for it to smell more fresh in the rooms.

The layout of the hotel is confusing. It’s a little outdated but the rooms were good and clean. A little musty smelling but overall a 3 star hotel.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The laundry facility was convenient and staff were really nice.

Had nice bathrooms and complimentary breakfast was nice. Outside of building could have been better maintained and cleaner.

Actually didn't end up staying because the room was dirty with cobwebs and bugs, the hallways smelled atrocious, the other guests were dodgy, we had a bad experience with another guest at the pool. and after calling expedia and getting no where on a refund I will be disputing the charge on my credit card

There was a large spider in the bathroom when we arrived with a large cobweb in the room’s window and I was bit by something on my leg overnight. The WiFi password provided did not work.

Great place to stay. Close to everything and staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice that they offer a continental breakfast

Nice clean hotel.

Clean room, nice breakfast area. Major downfall is no elevator for a 2 story hotel. Carrying luggage and staying with pet was an issue. Hallways not clean, mud everywhere. Parking not the best either.

Breakfast food was not kept stocked, flooring in room was cracked and bubbled. Ran out of water and coffee in breakfast area. Waffle batter, syrup, sausage gravy all ran out. We love this hotel chain but not this location.

Everything was great

We booked a king, 1 bedroom suite, after checking in we found furniture had been ripped from the wall so they put us in a small room with 2 queen beds instead and no refund for the difference in room prices. In the second room the shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. After a terrible nights sleep, we went to the hotel breakfast where they had plenty of knives, 4 spoons, and 2 forks in the entire hotel. This information was shared with us by the employee responsible for setting up and washing the dishes.
