Front door was boarded up - the side door was wide open - there was about 150 bikers in the parking lot and what sounded like a rave going on in the hotel

The front desk clerk and staff were warm, inviting, friendly, and fun to interact with. The room was just what I needed for one night. The shower pressure was one of the best I've experienced in any hotel.

Complete remodel underway have to overlook some of the things going on.

The breakfast was delish!!! Lots of options and very fresh.

Over priced, construction noise, pool closed part of the time. Checked in then went to room asked to check out in one day instead of second. Wanted to charge for second day. Will never stay there again

Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel location is great, just beside I-64. Breakfast could have had more options.

Staff friendly Have construction going on property

Washroom shower and tub were old, paint with peeling mold in the corners in the walls, and the bathroom door stuck. Nasty old chair in the room should be removed and beds slid over so closet can be accessed properly.

This hotel is currently being renovated which is the only reason I give it four stars. But once it's done, it'll be great. Super clean rooms, above average breakfast, wonderful staff. I do wish they were microwaves in the rooms.

Located right off highway. The king room was nice size with large bathroom the beds were comfortable and the room was decorated very nice, looked like they just remodeled. I would return in a minute! I gave it a 9 instead of 10 only because the front entrance was completely closed do to their remodeling it, so had to enter through side door.

Construction limited acess

Hotel is clean but needs an upgrade. TV was too small. Need liquid soap instead of bar soap. Elevator was shaking as it reached the top floor. Breakfast was good.

Construction around the property, while necessary for a better quality stay in the future, was inconvenient

There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel so things were messy like the front entrance was blocked off. But we only needed a bed for the night and it provided that, although we found the beds on the hard side. The room price was very reasonable

Melissa and Louis at the front desk are exceptional employees. They welcomed me in the most personal way and helped me with directions and everything I needed. My room was conveniently close to the front desk and the breakfast was fuller (with more items and options) than other comparable hotels I have stayed in. My room did not have a luggage rack but Melissa quickly found one for me. The WiFi was a bit slow, but I still was able to do my work. The only problem I encountered during the stay was lack of parking close to the front desk and obstructions due to the concrete work going on blocking the front entrance entirely on my departure day and also blocking the side entrance with workers standing around, making backing out of my parking place challenging. I was glad my key worked to get in the side door, but I don't know what I would have done if I had found the entrance completely blocked off if the day prior when I was checking in. But overall, the location was perfect as was the room and breakfast and the help at the front desk was EXTRAORDINARY. Those two employees deserve kudos for service.
