Great room close to the KY Horse Park.

Conveniently located and easy parking. Check-in staff was okay friendly wise, check-out was more pleasant. Good variety for breakfast, and coffee was hot. The room wasn't very clean, though. There were food wrappers around the bed, carpet needed better vaccuming, and the shower was clogged with hair. The shower door was very difficult to open and close.

The rooms were disgusting and poorly cleaned and maintained. Our first room was so poorly cleaned and beyond gross that we called the front desk for help and to get a new room. I have never been put in that situation before. The new room was slightly better but not by much. The bedding is trash, their washing is poor, just bad.

Would definitely recommend! Clean, convenient location, great breakfast, and dog friendly but still very clean!

While there were several problems, the worst one was the carpeting. It felt damp and was so dirty that we left muddy foot prints in the shower. Never again will I be staying there.

Not very clean

My room was very clean and had great amenities as far as appliances. Bed was comfortable. The hallways and entrance area looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile (dirty floors, cobwebs, dirty windows, etc. The parking lot needs resurfaced and trash picked up. The price was good for my room. The lobby seemed clean and in good condition - just the hallways and back entrances looked sketchy. The back door did not seem to lock automatically unless you really pushed on the door. Also, the inside foyer door was not spring hinged correctly and so it banged really loud whenever anyone came in or out which was unfortunately right outside my hotel room door. So that was annoying. I would stay there again because I did like my room for the price.

The faucet on the bathroom sink was loose in the fixture, making it difficult to use. We did "make do", and I did report it to the front desk when we checked out. Everything else was just fine...

I can only complain about the black stuff around the tub, the mildew smell in the bathroom, breakfast closing early, and the need for a new seal around the door. We could see and hear everything going on in the hallway while the door was closed.

It was really gross. We also called in to let them know we would be in around 1am and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on us. The front desk guys was nice but that is the only thing I can say good about this place. Stains on the carpet so we didnt walk barefoot at all.

Comfortable clean beds

This hotel is good if you just want a quick stop for the night. Needs more updates in room.

Everything easy. Forgotten I had booked a suite so it was like Christmas!
