Holiday Inn Express Lexington Horse Park Area by IHG

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and had plenty of space for me and my 2 teen boys. Breakfast was decent and had lots of options. Not so much for my son with allergies but we accomodate that.

The hotel was 100% perfect. The only thing I didn't like is Expedia's booking when they had to get a change. It was very difficult. They said they were going to have to call twice just to make sure that it was going to go through, because the first time they said it was going to get changed but they didn't. I got charged another $25 upcharge instead of the $15 that I paid for originally. That was supposed to be paid for, but that was not a good process overall. The hotel itself is fine; it's just the Expedia overall re booking

The hotel was good and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good. The room style is a little weird as it has a sliding barn door for the bathroom and it doesn't have a lock which makes it a little awkward when traveling with other people.

The hotel property and room was very clean. It had a very nice and inviting hotel lobby environment. The breakfast was exceptional and had many nutritious offerings to satisfy any appetite. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable to any needs I had. I will definitely consider staying again when back in the area.

Dog friendly, clean, located near food options and easy on/off access to highway.

The hotel felt a bit like a dorm room with a cosmetic makeover. The bathroom had a sliding barn door with no lock, and our view was of the hotel overhang and parking lot. The biggest downside was that our room was right beside the elevator and ice machine. It was very noisy, and we were woken up multiple times, including around 5 a.m., by people talking and getting ice. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room away from the elevator. The pool was small but did the job. Overall, it was an okay stay, and we understand you get what you pay for.

Location We were not impressed with the room at all. Vinyl flooring in the room appeared not to be connected in places and made noises when walking on.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of hot food choices with very good coffee. Excellent location right off the interstate with plenty of good restaurants and fast food nearby.

Clean, accessible room did not disappoint

Everything was clean fresh and new feeling including the way it was laid out and decorated. Great beds. Large bathroom with the best shower set up ever in a hotel, especially if you are tall. Helpful staff. Little snack shop by check in. 2 comfy chairs in room. Good price highly recommend

We stayed 3 nights. Our overall experience was good but not excellent. I expected more.

Front desk was extremely customer friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and they had a variety.

Very nice place with wonderful breakfast.

We were only here for 1 night but couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The young man at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we’re in Lexington.
