There is nothing to like. Do not stay here. It is no longer a hotel. They are converting to apartments. The rooms and grounds are in bad condition. The lobby is locked you have to call a number, no services, no security, smelled like weed. I was concerned for my safety.

No comment The office being closed on a holiday is insane

The name of the hotel has changed as soon as I checked in the room door has been kicked in no one was in the office the office was closed even when I checked out the door had a gap in it which it had cold air coming thur from the inside you can see da

Leaving. We left a day early because of all the issues. They should fire that manager. The manager was very rude. She had an attitude and not very people friendly. We had a kid standing outside our room at 1am smoking weed and playing music on his phone. We left the next morning for breakfast and found a crack pipe. This was the worst.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops. The room was very nice and met my needs for this trip. I was expecting breakfast, but was told on arrival that the hotel was transitioning to a long stay apartment. Adjustments were made to my fee in light of this. For about a week or 2 during my stay noticed the WiFi got trippy.

Close to my work training classes Dirty and dusty room

It was spacious and quiet. Needs to be renovated. Furniture and bathroom were outdated
-
People hanging out playing loud music. There was no parking.

1) The room was not FULLY cleaned; 2) The water was quite COLD to take a Bath, or Shower; 3) There was evidence of Mold!

Nice location They need to do better cleaning especially with dusting. It’s pretty bad when you see dust on the fan and vents

Kitchennett This place very old and run down. They are not hotel anymore and in transition to long term apartment. Accordinly service counter is closed all night and no house keeping service at all. No utensil like spoons, cups, pans are not in Kitchen. poor manage.

Opening. And when I asked for more towels and pillows they didn't have any. The bed was uncomfortable. Schaumburg is much better. And before I checked out the people be knocking on my door and that makes me super uncomfortable! I thought checkout was 11! Not 10.

Dead bugs in the closet right inside front door, something was leaking from utility closet that soaked the carpet, I will never get a down stairs room bc of banging from upstairs room all night. Stayed 3 nights and every night all night until I had to s Noise level upstairs, dead bugs in closet, wet carpet

Internet was working for me. It was told there is a separate living room and bedroom but actually it was a small studio suite. No separate room. Okay type.

This hotel used to be very nice. It¿s in a great location and it¿s convenient because you have a full kitchen and that is win. It was owned by the Hilton corporation and now they have changed new ownership and it is going downhill. They are not keeping the cabinets stocked with utensils. You have to call back down to the front desk and give them a list of things that you need and we had ants in our room and the front desk, MOD said that there was nothing he could do about it.

Kitchen area was nice Cleanliness could have been a lot better. Bathroom was filthy when we arrived. They have a serious Ant problem which i called them twice about during our stay and absolutely nothing was done about it. I Also called them about the fire alarm going off in the bedroom. Said they would send someone up to look at it, and they never did. Eventually, the alarm stopped. What makes it disappointing is, We have stayed there before and we liked it. Which is why we returned. It feels like a hamgout spot now with no care for the property.

there is everything you need for living, nice stuff, quiet and safe environment I had many ants in suite, furniture needs professional cleaning and renovation, poor and similar breakfasts
