Great place to stay

I had an excellent experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure all of my questions were answered. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and I truly appreciate the kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future!

Excellent location and very comfortable bed per my husband/son Just the interior decoration is a bit old now, but generally meet our expectations.

Location The property smelled of weed and an distinct odor in the carpets was awful. They attempted to clean and just made matters worst.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Ease of check-in. Really good. Rooms were cleans and beds were big and comfy. Adequate closet space and lots of good drawer space. Clean room and great beds and pillows. Elevators were clean and quick and 2 was fine. The wait for the elevators was no more than 1 minute and often was less than 40 seconds. No parking on site. Street parking was a challenge. I was lucky to get street parking. So am glad I could a parking spot beside the hotel, but I was very blessed and fortunate to get it. There weee no other parking spots close by.

Bed frame larger than mattress.

It was safe, close to (separate) garage parking and public transportation, and of course location location location. Clean, friendly service, don't hesitate to book it.

Helpful and very accommodating staff, clean room and great location. The downsides: both elevators went out of service during my stay (I was on the top floor) and a very loud thump could be heard and felt throughout the room when the AC turned off.

It’s was okay. AC makes a terrible sound in room 1105

The staff are always professional and understanding. The familiarity of loyal customers is amazing—Shoutout to Jo, Brain, and Shavon, continue to be phenomenal. There’s nothing to not like.
