Very nice hospitality. Daily room service and deep cleaning was amazing. Every 30 mins return shuttle service from hotel to Queensbridge 21st station, Queensboro Plaza station and Queens Plaza station. All NYC attractions are at short distances and accessible by Subways where shuttle drops, especially from Queensboro Plaza station and Queensbridge station. Breakfast was included and good, however the restaurant is small and it gets crowded during 8:00am to 9:30am. I recommend to include different varieties daily. Microwave and refrigerator in room was a great option. We could heat or prepare our food. Coffee, milk, sugar and water heating kettle available in room. Free popcorn from 2pm till late evening at the reception. Tasty popcorn. Hotel has washing machines and drying machines at reception and you can wash & dry your clothes at very less price. Shuttle driver Mr. Gregory is amazing and always guided us well for tourism around NYC. Receptionist Ms. Maj was very helpful and also Mr. Jake was great at reception. Quick walk to nearby Queens park alongside river bank and a nice view of Ed Coch Queens bridge, corner store and food chains. There is a halal food truck right at hotel entrance and open till late night. Good for a meal. Note that if you get a front view room, you can see Summit Vanderbilt across the bridge right from your window :) No water bottles in room even during Check-in. No drinking water available for free. You can buy from reception market. No jet spray in toilet. Can't cast your mobile to smart TV. Better carry your hdmi cable.

Great staff They need to have a parking spaces. They only have valet parking at $45 dollars a day

Me and my husband we loved this hotel a lot! The breakfasts were nice, the staff super nice and the room was modern and comfortable. We especially loved the complimentary shuttle that was taking us to the Queensboro Plaza train station.
