The valet in the evenings was a cluster. 1 poor guy working by himself and cars stacked up everywhere. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our car through the process. 1 counter agent came out, looked around, then went back inside….?????

Exceptionally busy hotel so not the place if you’re in a hurry. Not the nicest walk from the subway. Everything in the hotel was cleaned routinely and I was never missing anything I needed

Hotel was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work for my whole 5-day stay. I heard there was a cable problem, and I was assured that this would be fixed in 2 days. But it did not happen. I was directed to the manager on the second day of my stay who empathized with me and may have issued a $ 50 refund which I never received. I reached out to Expedia who after multiple attempts was unable to obtain approval for a waiver. At least I am glad Expedia added 50.00 USD in OneKeyCash/rewards to my account as a one-time compensation. Thank you

It was fairly clean. The washroom door was broken, so they move me to another room. The toilet was plug and I have to unplug it myself . The breakfast was so bad that I diet use the service in 7 days stay. The receptionist offered water and chocolates to every costumer but me. I requested a last check out they denied it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms look identical to the pictures and were not small which was nice.
