Good thing, the hotel cleaned the room and changed the sheets…

The staff was very friendly, there is ample amount of parking, and the room was nice. Unfortunately, the water pressure for the shower was not very good and the tv in our room didn’t work. The walls and floors seem to be pretty thin as you can hear those around you pretty easy. The area itself can be a little loud since it is right by the highway. I was also disappointed that online the property said it offers a full breakfast, but I found out when we got to the property that they do not offer breakfast at all. This was very disappointing, as this was why I chose this hotel over others. The staff was accommodating due to the inconveniences and very friendly

The room had a cigarette smell to it and in the morning the complementary breakfast was denied.

The clerk kept us waiting about 12 minutes waiting while he chatted on the phone before he welcomed us and checked us in. My television was broken so he moved me to another room which had no lock on the door. As a single woman traveling, I did not feel safe.

Breakfast was terrible, through it away and went hungry. Staff was helpful enough when you could find them. Had to wait for 20+ minutes when I arrive no one was at the desk. Room was dirty, crumbs

Stayed two nights and was finally able to get some breakfast and I thought it was great and told the lady cooking how food it was, also spoke to the front desk and a few little problems that should be addressed but she Said the maintenance man had quit so they see what be done to correct the 2 issues.very nice staff and house keeping was great. Highly recommend

the rooms inside are nice compared to the way the facility looks on the outside (motel). the bathroom is the best part. the bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. it has all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel. the parking is the only thing that could be better.

Parking spots are very tight.

I stayed for five nights. The room was very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is small, but there are tables outside with shrubbery around them. Excellent facility.

Everything was very good beside the bathroom sink was plugged.

Staff were outstanding at the front counter and in housekeeping. Breakfast was the best selection we've encountered at a Best Western. My kid said, "REAL Fruit Loops! Not frutti tooties!" The sliced breakfast sausage was WAY better than the links at other buffets. The room was quiet, modern, cozy, and w/out carpet--our preference. Parking was easy. The pool and spa were less relaxing since the place is next to a freeway and the traffic is LOUD. The room was much more relaxing. Shower was roomy and bath had a WINDOW! Another small pleasure that we prefer. The elevator was a tight fit, but it did the job. For the price, super convenient and a good night's sleep.

Terrible space with little parking spots not even able to fit everyone who staying also the lady at the front was rude because I checked out 20min later than planned don’t stay here please I don’t recommend

Super great customer service and the room was rather clean and quiet.

Stayed for a week with 3 kids, didn't have any issues, it was in a safe neighborhood, the rooms are not like the pictures they have an older feel to them, but they were clean I give them a 6 out of 10.

Paid for parking but nowhere to park since tgey had a lot of Spectrum vans parked on their lot, Breakfast opens at 7 so if your work starts at 7 you will be late for work, Asian lady at the front desk at night was a little rude and doesnt entertain questions, saw her the next morning at the office, and was creepily staring. I think Best Western could better do than this, you can hire better receptionists thats customer friendly. Drove me away as a customer, had to cut my stay 1 day short, i could have better services elsewhere :(
