Best Western Plus Glendale

Not the best area but at the end of the day it’s a place to sleep. Parking is also super tight to the point where you can’t even open the door to get in your car. Had to crawl through the passenger side. The room was okay it could definitely use some touch ups.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking stalls are pretty tight, so large vehicles will have trouble with finding a space. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Would stay here again

Our room face directly to the road and the Popeyes across the street on the first floor. The door was not sealed well and we could hear noise from traffic and from other ppl's conversation. These noises woke us up at 6 am. I couldnt have enough sleep

Bad pillows

Mold in the restroom, and honestly the restroom was not too.clean and very small. Room itself could have been better maintained. Not the worst hotel, but most likely won't be staying again. Also, parking very small and spaces too tight. Mostly all compact spaces. For 12 00 a night I would expect to have a full parking space

Everything gone Excellent

Parking is not included, the rooms are outdated and the the mini fridge does not get cold.

Cigarette buds all over the stairs and broken amenities.

Great location. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast. 24×7 complimentary coffee machine was a gift.

Rude terrible people. could not get their equipment working to check me in. After 20 mins I said we can do this later, I'm exhaled. No he said rudely

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room included a mini refrigerator and microwave, plus desk and chair and reading chair. The breakfast had lots of options, including gluten free cereal and fresh fruit. The hotel filled up over the weekend and with more people, the wifi seemed to slow down, a minor inconvenience. There is a grocery store and other stores nearby. We have stayed here before and will be back.

The jacuzzi was not hot at all. Property needs some cleaning/maintenance.
