Everything was great expect for the fact they close the pool at 4pm and the inside restaurants aren’t the best quality overall and it’s over expensive.

Dimly lit, especially when checking in. Ice machines not working on several floors. Elevator broke down. A little complicated fees. No refrigerator microwave or hair dryer to which I’m accustomed. Very limited clothing storage.

Came up with. You will be MISSERABLE in your room ! Just don’t do it !

Stayed from Sunday to Friday morning, and they had the pool closed 3 of the 4 days. Will never stay there again and will tell everyone to steer clear.

Overall I enjoyed my stay , however we had several problems when it came to vallet. It seems even after texting we needed the car we had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes each time downstairs in the heat & our car was I guess lost so that day we waited over 25 minutes. Seems like parking cost was a little expensive since we already paid for the room itself. We had great interaction with maintenance & people at the lobby were nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. We also added the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food, and we loved that it came with extra daily credit to use during our stay. If you’re visiting on a Friday or Saturday, just know the nightlife around the hotel is very active, which can actually be fun if you’re looking for that kind of atmosphere. The biggest downside is parking. Hotel parking is about $40-65 per night, so we ended up spending around $150 for three nights, which adds up quickly. The surrounding area also didn’t feel like the safest at night. There are cheaper parking options nearby if you’re willing to look, but wherever you park, don’t leave any valuables in your car. Overall, I’d give this hotel an 8.5/10. If expensive parking isn’t a concern, I’d definitely recommend staying here. If you’re trying to save on parking costs, you may want to look for a hotel with more convenient or complimentary parking. Other than that, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Hotel did its job and we had a great view! Staff were very nice. However, there were a few things that wouldn’t make it a 5 star for me or maybe even lower if we had a longer stay. Here are the following: The elevators take a VERY long time and they were definitely a lot of people that agreed. We paid a bit extra for a city view room but there’s not really a “bathroom”. The shower and toilet (separate) have their own door straight to the room and the sink itself is in the room and very small. Every time we used it, water would get everywhere on the floor no matter the task. The shower also didn’t provide hot water most of the time. Lastly, we tried going to the pool 2 different days and staff gave mixed instructions. The first day we did not go since there was a pool party event and being told the elevator won’t take you to the pool, you have to walk around the building. The second day, we were told to walk around again but we were then told at that entrance that it was closed and to use the elevators now. After finally getting on the floor and the elevators opened, the entryway was completely blocked with doors, tables, heater etc.. just stored there. We had to navigate around it all and finally got to the pool. We left after a bit and had to navigate around the makeshift storage room where the elevators were again. All minor things but they add up. We only stayed for 2-3 days and did enjoy our stay! (Besides the small inconveniences).

Room was great the view was excellent …location on point close to everything! Room was a little smaller than expected but overall great experience! Didn’t like that we didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room.

I liked the restaurant they had up by the carousel bar. The food was delicious.

I would not recommend this place. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Marriott.
