The staffs were welcoming and kind! Love the atmosphere there and everyone was very friendly and professional during the busy week of anime expo. Rooms were squeaky clean and wonderful! If I have to be picky, I do wish that there’s a small fridge in the room.

Valet parking added to the room is a must. room could’ve been a little more clean, and the shampoos and conditioners could’ve been filled with a brand new one

We were very helpful in our stay at Moxie because of the brand name, Little did we know that the rooms are super super tiny. It felt like we were staying in a dorm room. The pool was amazing, but the pool was closed the last day we were here. We also were told we would get $18 free food and drink, it’s not free, you pay $35 upfront for the food and drink and bikes which we never use in downtown LA where we couldn’t even walk to a neighborhood store without being talked to by four different people some very hostile. Not a great place to stay unless you Uber everywhere. The Ubers were great and fast, but as far as a place to stay, it’s fine if you’re only sleeping there and don’t need much room.

I brought my kids the pool was hot on a hot day the elevator was so packed they gave me a room on the 30 something floor an told me to take the stairs the also charged me extra upon entering the hotel

Location to downtown Rooms are very tight.

No dedicated bathroom in room, very limited space to get dressed with multiple people in room, the bar music was pumping into the room until early morning, and the elevators were not working well resulting in significant wait times.

Didn't know the pool is closed every weekend for pool parties that cost $25 a person and are 21+ so my son and his gf didnt get to use the pool

Over all my stay was pleasant. It was disappointing the paid breakfast with only two options. Also the wait to get the food from the coffee shop on site was over 30 minutes.
