The room was huge, beautiful and for the most part comfortable. The area, I had zero sleep. Sirens all night, groups of people loud outside, constant banging noises throughout the night.
-
Nice to have kitchen. Parking was uncertain and not an amenity, but found across the street. Convenient, clean, but not for those looking for luxury.

For the location it was way more than expected! Will definitely be staying again!

We were given a spacious room with kitchen. It was a good place for home base during our downtown event. The staff was kind and helpful. It was noisy... but to be expected during the World Cup and in the middle of downtown.

Receptionist on our first night was nice and friendly The location of the hotel felt unsafe, with a significant number of homeless and visibly intoxicated individuals directly outside the entrance. Walking in and out of the property did not feel secure at any point during our stay.Although the rooms appeared nice in photos, the reality was extremely disappointing. We had zero sleep due to constant noise from outside — there was no soundproofing at all. We could hear every conversation, every siren, and every loud exhaust throughout the night. When we raised this with the receptionist, we were told, “We’re not responsible for what goes on outside.” While the street may be outside the hotel’s control, soundproof windows absolutely are, and the lack of them made the room unfit for rest.On top of that, the airport conditioning units were extremely loud, adding even more noise and making the room environment unpleasant. Overall, this hotel did not provide a restful or safe experience. We would not stay here again, and we do not believe the price charged is justified for a place where it is impossible to sleep.

Building was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is dtla a little sketchy area but very convenient for public transportation. Of course it’s not the hotels fault that addicts and homeless are all around the area.

Everything was perfect It took 150$ as a deposit and it's been 2 weeks and it hasn't returned to my bank account yet...

Room was spacious So basic! Morning staff is rude, rude, rude. Neighborhood is pretty scary.

the room was huge and nice You could hear the noises outside

Property was clean and the apartment was spacious. The location was not great. Didn’t feel safe all the time and the parking across the street is actually a makeshift public urinal. The staff could be more helpful. No one came to fix ac as it was late the first night and kids had to stay in the room in summer heat. The ac has a label not to put it under 72 otherwise pipes will freeze is quite ridiculous. Optimal temperature in summer nights is 68-69.

It's located in a terrible location, which is kind of like a slum. There's so many homeless people and a lot of smell of pee from the street. People scream through the night. Many are on drugs I believe. You have to pay for parking. And that garage is very gross. You also have an exhaust smell that comes into the room. I don't know from where. They have a bar downstairs. That seems like it's never been used. And oddly, it's just sort of there. You are given one small coffee packet. If you've ever need anything, they don't bring it to your room. You have to go downstairs. It just seems to be a place. What I used to be apartments and the hotel company bought it and thought. Maybe we can turn a little bit of a profit, but there is very little thought into the experience of the people who stay there. And what that might be like.

Very decorative and clean with a safe security to get into your place. Helpful people to guild and tell you what to do
