Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown, KY

Breakfast was fine. We stayed here in 2024 for B&B festival. We arrived early and I requested early check in. There was 100 dollar charge. The time was 1045. When a room became available approximatley 20 minutes later we checked in. The cost of room is already premium and was 30 percent higher than what I paid in 2024. Additionally in 2024 I checked in early and was not charged a fee.

Everything was tidy and welcoming. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front desk was always pleasant and helpful! Would definitely stay there again and walking distance to so many great things to do, eat and drink!

Nice hotel

Staff was VERY friendly. Rooms were perfect with the little kitchenettes. Location was awesome, walked to the Louisville Slugger museum with my boys.

Loved everything about our stay. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful & kind. Only thing we asked for were additional towels as we only had 3 for a 5 day stay. Outside of that, no issues or complaints.

The room was quiet and spotless. Even across from the elevator! Top floor. Nice view. Great staff. The breakfast wasn’t as good as they hype it up to be. Typical hotel food and not as extensive though.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to Whiskey Road and the Louisville Slugger Museum. The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I would stay here again.

Rooms were wonderful. Bed was great. Breakfast in morning was good. Great spot close to whiskey row and restaurants. The clerk who checked us in could have been more helpful. Do not use parking garage if you have a truck or big suv.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Clean. Wonderful, very helpful staff. Modern kitchen area for breakfast.

The room was exceptionally clean, from the bathroom vents, to the tops of the doors! there wasn't a speck of dirt, dust or mold to be found. Again the way it is supposed to be. Rooms had stove top, refrigerator/freezer, pots & pans to cook, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Couch, table to work or eat, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Had an iron and ironing board, closet, dresser, TV & ceiling fan. Air-conditioner worked well. ***There was no safe in the room. The shower was clean and good pressure. ***Did not have a hose spray nozzle. The pool (although small) was very clean as was the gym and the lobby. The pool closed at 9pm, by the time you returned from dinner it was closed. I feel the hours should be later until at least 11pm. It is right next to the gym which is opened 24 hours. Breakfast was ok to good depending on who was working. You could tell the days the Spanish woman/cook was off because the food fell off a bit. Buffet style breakfast that switch up the breakfast meats daily. *** the hotel coffee wasn't the greatest. It was in a good location walking distance to lots of the areas restaurants, distilleries, coffee shops, bars, etc. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank You ROD from New York

Our stay was four nights and we never received housekeeping services (We did not have a do not disturb sign on our door). We had to consistently ask for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. While the hotel itself was well kept and very clean, our room was at the front of the building off of the Main Street which gave us first row seats to the people revving their engines and blaring their speakers all weekend long, late into the early morning. Hotel is nice and clean but unfortunately we won’t be staying here again the next time in the area.

By far our favorite place we stayed at. Will definitely become our go to when we drive across country
