Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown, KY

Great spot to stay while moving in our son to UofL. Super clean and comfortable

When we booked the room we had searched for properties where parking was included...this hotel was on the list. However, there was no free parking for guests. We had to go to a pay lot next door to park for the weekend and it was very expensive. We did not enjoy coming back to the hotel late in the evening to park in an unattended dark lot where we did not feel safe.

The room was exactly what I was looking for!!! The location was perfect we were in walking distance of everything on whiskey row!! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff were more than helpful!!! 10/10 recommend for your stay!!!

It was close to everything downtown. I did think it was odd than a lot of restaurants were closed on Sunday and Monday, but that part of town seems more for businesses not so much where people are living. Desk personal was very nice. I did not like how an hour before breakfast was over. The staff in the kitchen area told us they were out and they weren’t restocking. Also, it was very dirty and messy. They weren’t cleaning up as the day goes on and I get it. There’s a lot of people coming through for breakfast.

The hotel staff was great, breakfast was good. Would not venture too far from hotel alone.

Parking garage was right across the street

The staff were so helpful. The property was very well maintained. It was walkable to Slugger Museum . Loved it had a kitchen. The breakfast was great as well. Would recommend staying here.

Great location just a few blocks from Whiskey Row. Rooms were clean and large. Very nice to have breakfast included daily as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean. The front staff was very helpful, and the only thing was wish parking was included.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and the location seemed like there were restaurants around to choose from. The breakfast was free but not great and the coffee was terrible. Plus the amount of people you had to deal with to get breakfast… not worth it. We got in the car and drove to Starbucks. The pool was so small and next to a window where anyone walking in the street would see you. Plus it was full of kids. Most of the restaurants were closed down and the homelessness and drug addicts made it feel uncomfortable to walk to Whiskey row or the casino. The rooms are huge, super clean and comfortable but we did have a kid running back and forth on the floor above. We called the front office and they went up there immediately and it was stopped. The employees and the hotel were very nice. I would just not stay here again based on the location and the amenities!
