I like everything about this place.. we stay here almost every weekend..

Location was good Building was old and poor maintained, the room was dirty and the bathroom was nasty.. very limited breakfast with no eggs

It was not a very pleasant stay

I went ahead and contacted the attorney general, Texas department of health, and reported this location to the city. I’m wanting a full refund so that I can stay somewhere else that is safe. Furthermore I am wanting to take legal action, as Nayna Patel, the lady at the front desk has accused me of lying and has failed to provide a safe environment. Attached are the photos of mold and my urgent care visit.

This is my to go place when I need to stay somewhere in Lubbock

It was just something to sleep at for a few hours so it was fine. Breakfast was ehhhh, the facility is outdated. Lights flicker. It was outdated

The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Nothing It was dirty, there was still a bad pee splashes behind the toilet , it was dirty, some little pieces of trash and a flosser was left behind from the last guest the sheets were old and dirty and very worn. The tissue box kept falling down all night.

Being stopped by staff asking where we were going and our names no other hotels treat you like that!

I like this property but when I got there to check into my room computers was down so I wasn't able to stay I had to make a different reservation

Bed bugs :( Make you itch :(

Nothing I got bit by bedbugs and have video proof. I was bitten by bedbugs, and in the morning requested a refund after I showed the staff the marks and video of the bedbugs in my room. The manager and owner did not care and offered nothing.

toilet was broken, hotel overall was very disappointing. We tried to find another hotel; however, everything was booked for graduations. We did not like anything about the hotel. We will not stay there again.

I liked the option of waffles. Really good waffles They could do better in cereal options and coffee. Maybe have fresh or warm biscuits.

I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation, albeit so brief. It was an overnight stay during a cross-country road trip, so it was a decent place to rest passing through Lubbock. The staff were very courteous and were pleasant enough to offer me a quiet room.

Rooms were clean. Toilet and TV problems were fixed in a timely manner. Toilets did not work. (2 rooms). Towels were thread bare. TV did not work. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Easy access to highway Room smells like smoke, walls patched and screws exposed and carpet dirty.
