My Place Hotel - Lubbock, TX

Tgis hotel was goid for a quick stay in Lubbock, a bit dated but the staff was very welcoming. Amanda was so kind, and helpful. Would i stay again perhaps ,

Location and price. the room was a little warm even though we had the AC on, we were on the fourth floor and it smelled due to boots being left outside their doors. But I understand.

My stay was great. The staff was very helpful and that made it better.

Here for a medical emergency and Cindy at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping with a day by day situation. The stress was already overwhelming and not having to worry about having a place to stay made things better.

Rooms are always clean. Limited options of tv channels.

Location The beds were basically on the ground.

I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service.

Outside of having to wait at check in for 15 minutes because staff was "helping another customer" everything was great. The staff during each interaction was good and Miss Cindy was very helpful. I got the basic queen room and it was amazing, not only clean but also the shower had great pressure and the water heated up quickly and stayed hot. I love the fact they have a full size refrigerator and table to eat at, I didn't cook while there because it was a billion degrees out and I am traveling but anyway, I am sure it all works too. Parking was easy and there was enough, however they need to go over the lines again with paint, some spots were nearly impossible to tell apart. No real complaints though as the parking was free. Overall I stick with the 5/5 and will continue to use them during my annual trips in to Lubbock from out of state.

Had thought breakfast was included, so kinda disappointed to find it wasn't. The bathroom was on the smallside. Coffee was good!
