My Place Hotel - Lubbock, TX

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again

I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service.

Outside of having to wait at check in for 15 minutes because staff was "helping another customer" everything was great. The staff during each interaction was good and Miss Cindy was very helpful. I got the basic queen room and it was amazing, not only clean but also the shower had great pressure and the water heated up quickly and stayed hot. I love the fact they have a full size refrigerator and table to eat at, I didn't cook while there because it was a billion degrees out and I am traveling but anyway, I am sure it all works too. Parking was easy and there was enough, however they need to go over the lines again with paint, some spots were nearly impossible to tell apart. No real complaints though as the parking was free. Overall I stick with the 5/5 and will continue to use them during my annual trips in to Lubbock from out of state.

Had thought breakfast was included, so kinda disappointed to find it wasn't. The bathroom was on the smallside. Coffee was good!

The front office personnel was very nice and happy to help with anything.

Really nice all around! Nice big grassy area outside for walking the dogs, extremely clean, feels safe, SUPER comfortable beds, soft towels, full fridge, microwave, and even stove top/hot plate; full size coffee maker in room but no provided coffee (but good coffee available in little lounge room). Staff was very nice and clearly making big efforts to welcome and accomodate guests.

This was a nice budget, friendly hotel that was located an easy access area

We had called ahead to inform the hotel we would be a very late check in, when we arrived at the property the front desk attendant said she was expecting us and already had our room pulled up and ready for us to finish the check in. She did have to apologize for elevators being broken but someone was there servicing them and trying to get them fixed. Other than the unforeseen elevator problem our stay was great. Room was clean, beds were comfy and quiet.

Melissa at the front desk was great. Hotel is in great shape. The room smelled a little funny but I think it is whatever they use to clean. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. Pillows were good. Overall great stay for the price.

I thought the parking was expensive but I'm sure that's expected for San Antonio. The staff was absolutely amazing!
