I was highly disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working and the swimming pool was extremely cold! I specifically booked this hotel for its amenities and was not able to enjoy them. I paid extra because I work for the State of Texas and this hotel did not honor the State rate for State employees. So, I’m paid extra for no reason due to the amenities were available as advertised.

This place was absolutely awful. The first room that assigned to me smelled that mildew. Intense. You were hit by the smell so strongly as soon as you renters the room. I requested to switch rooms as I was concerned about my health. The second room that was given to me was better. More of a wet dog smell. More tolerable than the intense mildew smell. I had scheduled to spend three nights at this hotel as Hotel Engine tends to adjust their pricing throughout the day. We stayed at the Hotel Inn, which is a cleaner establishment, yet when we booked with Hotel Engine that Monday morning, it was well above GSA. That evening when we looked up Holiday Inn with Hotel Engine, it was back down to GSA. Unfortunately, we were stuck with this hotel. I DO NOT recommend this place along with Hotel Engine
