The hotel is very dark and outdated. The ceiling was peeling in our room. Our key never worked to get in the building or in our room. I am thankful that at least it was clean. Not worth the money.

Convenient location No free breakfast. No second chair for evening relaxation.

Nothing really Pool nothing like pictures on bookings.com....disgusting. pool dirty stained, pool area filled with packing boxes carpark full of shipping containers....a disgrace to bookings .com for advertising this place on their sites..... not to mention the way over priced cost!!!

The bedrooms were recently redone and very nice, and the rooms were very clean. The pool facilities needed to be redone badly. The floors were grimy there and the outside needs pest control. The beds could use replacing as well.

Clean, good food and drinks, staff were extremely nice and helpfull with any request. Loved it. Will come again. Pool area seemed like a storage. A lot of boxes and random things. Could have a better set up. But over all water was good and peaceful stay.

Very nice and clean hotel Everything

Room was nice, friendly staff The hotel layout was very confusing. It is a long walk to the front desk. The parking is minimal and you are charged for it. Housekeeping comes every other day and our dirty dishes were left in the room.

In general is a good hotel for short stays. Clean room and comfortable but the rooms aren’t sound proof. Next to our room we heard kids playing until late night, so it disturbs our sleep for some hours.

NOTHING! Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Mahwah was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was represented online. The property was clearly under construction with overgrown grass, dead landscaping, garbage and construction waste throughout the grounds, closed common areas, rodents outside, bird nests on the terrace, a broken safety lock on the first-floor sliding door, and spiders covering the bathroom and towels after showering. This was by far the worst Marriott experience we have ever had.

All staff was great, pool room smelled musty and there were black spots around, room was clean

The hotel is an older building and it is undergoing a renovation. What made me give 5 stars was the attentive, professional, and responsive staff. I found this true in every interaction with staff-from the front desk to the cafe. I was not happy with the initial room assignments and I was able to move to another room without any hassle at all and with offers of help moving. Really great staff

The Market was nice and the lobby lounge was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

Breakfast value is good. Dinner is a little subpar for what you get. Service is polite, but slow.
