Everything was great i felt comfortable!

The hotel was nice, staff friendly. Breakfast was decent and a good value. Pool is not as described and not great. No ventilation, poor lighting, unkept. The fitness center was tiny, 1 of 3 treadmills worked, some dumbells and a stair machine.

Shower was not working and no one around to fix. Was given a handicap room and handicap seat was not able to be moved or removed for standard accommodation. Seat was also dirty. Asked for a refund or reduction and did not receive. I do not recommend this hotel. Worst hotel experience.

No room key , one elevator broken for 2 years no nightstand on one side of the bed ,staff was terrible that is the front desk staff ,we demand a refund !!!

Convent locale to fit my needs There was no outside walking area, and chairs outside for sitting in the sun. You either had to entertain in your room or in the lobby area. Which then lacked privacy

There was no hot water for a shower. The staff stated there was leak. It wasn't fixed before I had to leave.

Good location. Kinda run-down. Beds creaked every time either one of us moved.

I pulled into the hotel on my motorcycle, during a fairly significant rain storm. The rain storm last for approximately 30 minutes, and although it was relatively hard, it wasn’t that extreme. I checked in, no mention was made of unavailable amenities. Only after I checked in did I see pails in the haulway and a person trying to vacuum up water from the rain. I go to use the pool, “closed” due to water seeping under the entry door, I go to use the gym, closed for the same reason. One of two elevators didn’t work. The next morning I found out that they had a plugged drain pipe in the roof rafters…..it wasn’t the severity of the rain, it was due to poor preventative maintenance on their building. I asked for a discount refund for not being able to access the amenities, but got refused. I still think this hotel should refund me a SIGNIFICANT amount of my nights stay, definitely not worth the $275.00 CA that I paid for this place.

Good room, parking

Location - easy on/off from highway. Great restaurant right across the parking lot from hotel. While the bed was comfortable, it was very low to the ground & somewhat soft.

Staff was great but the hotel is run down. There was only one working elevator. The beds were awful. Both sunk significantly in the middle. The pullout sofa had a super, super thin mattress. You could feel the metal springs when you laid on it. We had to cram into the regular beds which were not much better. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The waffles were great but the eggs and sausage were awful. No amount of salt or pepper made it better. The shower in the morning was luke warm. They had to reset the boilers. Disappointed for a Marriott property. Other than the staff being great, we would never stay in this property again.

Place was cleaned and maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Staff asked what floor we preferred, if there was a certain side of the facility we preferred to stay on. Room was cleaned and comfortable. Lots of options available for breakfast. Overall 👍

Room reserved with 2 doubles and pull out bed was not available at check in was told was dirty and not ready didn't check in until after 12. Fire alarm went off both nights at 1130 and 1230. This was our second time staying there we stayed there last year and will look for a new hotel next time.

The place is quiet, the room is clean, and everything works well. The breakfast is good; there isn't much variety, but I suppose that's due to the price. Aside from that, my stay was fine. I had to go back to the front desk because my room key wasn't working. The toilet keeps flushing by itself every few minutes. The internet works well, but there are times when it gets very slow.

We had breakfast early. Saturday By 12 PM my wife and I both had mild Diarrhea. We had to cut short our grandsons' graduation at West Point We checked out a day early, Sunday We both think it was the Gray Sausage that got us both

Location is close to highway There was a group partying in hall and next room and there was nobody at the front desk for several hours. I did not feel it was safe to confront the the group making all the noise.

Great choice if your traveling burdened down with luggage and need a comfortable place to be with your stuff. Luggage carts, free parking, elevator, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 24 hour hot drink service and a small heated pool to relax in.

Easy access to get back on Highway and convenient. Bathroom was clean. Bed's were OK. Rooms need updating. The outlets on side tables would not hold my charging plug to charge my cell. Breakfast was just OK. I didn't feel like we were in a Fairfield Inn Hotel.
