Basic spot right off of the highway

Nothing really was working the telephone there was no hot water and the safe disnt work..bed was too soft. There was not manager on site at the time so I contacted Hilton headquarters and they was kind enough to compensate us with extra hilton points. So thank you Hilton for accommodating us that way.

Property is on under renovation. I was put on the fourth floor no carpets on the floor odors of construction adhesive. Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

Cleaning Was Fine. Staff Was Pleasant. Parking Was Alright.

Friendly staff Under remodel construction, which is obviously necessary; however, the room furniture was pretty beat up for a $250+ a night stay

Polite service Comfortable

Location & beds were comfortable Construction on lobby area. Front desk staff was ok, not friendly (on phone).

Theyre undergoing renovations so its not quite up to par in the Lobby area. The in-room phone didnt work in our room, the toilet ran ( needed to jiggle the handle to make it stop), the hand-held adjustible shower head did not have a stop and it didnt fit the bracket. Due to renovations, there was no ice machine ( the restaurant did accomodate us and bring some up. There is no refrigerator in the room, havent seen that in loooong time. Getting out and back to the main highway wad a challenge. Decent eatery next door though.

The room was acceptable, but the overall property is in disarray. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.

Hotel is under construction until January 2027!

A lot of it was out of anyone’s control because the hotel was under maintenance. Still had the signature cookies despite not having a furnished lobby! Will stay again looking forward to see the finished remodel. Bath water got nice and hot with no wait, clean rooms and respectful housekeeping.

The hotel needs major renovations. Peeling wallpaper, bathroom door not closing properly, and the fire alarm rang for at least 30 minutes at 11pm. All in all not a great stay.

Good food and service.

The air conditioner DID get the room cool enough fairly quickly, and kept it cool through my stay. The tub I stood in to shower was a bit slippery (add non-slip treads or a shower mat?); the air conditioner was somewhat difficult to adjust (and the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to do anything).
