Excellent staff & breakfast No bedding for pullout couch in the room. When asked for it, only one pillow was provided and told to use extra bed pillows

The hotel itself was fine but far from a great stay. The queen beds were smaller than average, our sheets were a bit musty, the bathroom door kept locking from the inside. The staff were attentive and very helpful but issues kept persisting.

The room we stayed in was large and comfortable, and everything was clean and well-kept, although a bit dated. There was no coffee maker in the room--you had to walk to the lobby to use a machine there to make a cup, but that was available 24 hrs a day, and the coffee was good. There was also no microwave in the room. The staff we encountered were very nice. The breakfast was simple but good.

Room was clean with no issues. Man who checked me in and out, who I assume is the owner, was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. We had a long drive and he repeated “no pets no smoking” so many times I felt like I was at a dorm rather than a hotel. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Limited options and super fancy coffee machine that they must use horribly cheap beans in because it tasted awful. Too many hotels in the area to recommend staying here.

My son stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. The room was clean and spacious. He reported that the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. No complaints

Location was good for my needs. Booked a mobility accessible room W/roll in shower. A king bed w/sofa bed. The bathroom was fine but the room was not accessible. I use a manual wheelchair. When sofa bed open I couldn’t get to the bathroom from my bed. Also I could get to the air controls or closet because it was too narrow. This was not a mobility accessible room. I arrived late and was stuck having to deal with it, we took a chair bolted to wall off to help and my grandson kept getting up to help me or move things.
