The property was nice. A bug (slow moving roach) was in the bathroom. I was able to take a picture. Husband took care of “it”.

The place was pretty clean and the staff were obliging. We were in the 1st floor and could hear the roof creaking when people in the second floor were walking around. The air conditioner was very noisy and irritating.

Friendly accommodating staff We had noisy guests above us, but the staff did everything they could to address this issue.

The room was huge and was quite comfortable for our family of five.

A chair in the living room was broken. If a heavy person sat in it, it could break completely. The sofa was old and sat about 8 inches off the floor. We mentioned this as we left. The hotel is being upgraded, we were told, and it should be completed this this year. It is a pleasant & convenient place to stay other than the probems we encountered.

We love that they have 2 gas BBQ grills and a pool. The room we stay in has a separate bedroom and a kitchen

Comfort, staff and amenities. The rooms and property was well cared for and clean. The bedding was excellent and had a great variety of pillows. Bathroom was very clean and towels ample. Although our accommodations were mostly fine, the pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

We never ate at the hotel, preferring to go a little north to a Starbucks because I love oatmeal and my husband likes toasted bagels wim h cream cheese! So, there is a good thing—a Starbucks is very close by! Our room attendant, Kirsis was very attentive to the cleanliness of our room! The Front Desk personnel were very nice, professional, and helpful! These are the only personnel we came into contact with! There are a lot of restaurants close by! The room was so comfortable! I loved that the toilet/shower were in a room by themselves and the sink/vanity was in a room that could be closed off from the living room/kitchen and the bedroom! There were a lot of amenities we didn’t even use, but we appreciated the refrigerator! My husband was disappointed in the access to entertainment. All the channels had tons of commercials! No Netflix! No Prime Video access! We never even saw the pool! We forgot it was even there!

Pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is better than many other hotels I have been. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Facility is nice and clean comfortable and roomy for the price range. The bed has an amazingly comfy mattress. I plan to come back again.
