Good place to stay with family.

Some minor issues that were well handled by Operations Manager. Wednesday night "cookout" with burgers and free beer; good town location. Give Mile's a bellyrub.

My CONFIRMED reservation was NOT honored. I drove 3 hours to get there and was turned away. I had to then drive 3 hours back home. Please look into this matter. The staff was nonchalant about turning me away, and didn't care that I was 3 hours away from home. They told me there was absolutely no room they could give me.

The hotel room was clean it just need updates and the air conditioner are so loud it seem like it’s old and didn’t let me sleep, it need new units and renovations.

The family suites were great! Very clean. Breakfast was great! The AC was a bit loud in the one room but still nothing bad.

Our room was not cleaned at all. There was hair in the shower, a large hairball on the floor, and food left on the table. When my husband (who is not the same race as me and does not share my last name) went to buy items at the mini market, the front desk agent questioned him three times when he gave our room number, even after he showed her the envelope for the key and gave her my name (I made the reservation.) There are only so many reasons why she might have questioned it so much, and none of the reasons I can come up with suggest kindness of character.

Loved that there was 24 hr coffee available

I got to the hotel from a 5 hr travel, only to find they had re-rented my room. I had to find another hotel, for my stay.

This hotel has gone seriously downhill. The furniture is old and falling apart. The breakfast is minimal. Looks like some of the rooms are used for Section 8 housing.

It was a good location for what we needed We were told we were going have a room on the second floor as I have 2 babies a new born and a toddler when arrives the last at the desk was extremely rude to us, constantly throughout our stay she was rude and gave us attitude no matter what. The bathroom wasn’t the cleaness, the towels by the pool were so small they weren’t even big enough for my toddler I think everything would’ve been fine if we just had nicer attention from the staff It made it quiet difficult

Everything was good rooms were big and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel was very good especially good for kids because of their pool. The only thing that was bad for us was one of the stuff at the lobby when we came to hotel for check up there was a lady and she was kind of aggressive when I asked questions she was looking angry other than hotel is very good. Also I have to say that the breakfast was very delicious.
