Everything was fine. Used to stay here a lot, but lately the price has gotten kind of ridiculous. Plenty of other places to stay as nice at a lower rate.

BEWARE it is under renovation on the 2nd floor so all first floor rooms are subject to Sawzall and sledge hammer noise. Loud enough that to hear my television i had to turn the volume to 50. My dogs were terrified and there was no rest or conversation with my wife possible. The first man I talked about it was ENTIRELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE AND UNTRUTHFUL. If you book through a 3rd party app you get no warning. The signage in the lobby only indicates the pool and gym are closed. The person went so far as to point to the 250th birthday waffle sign as a sign that the hotel is under renovation. LOL. The only compensation I got was a waiving of the 75 dollar pet fee. I will be taking this up the chain for further action. I have traveled for decades for work and vacation and this was BY FAR the worst experience and treatment I have experienced.

We rented a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There were 3 people in our party staying for 4 days. There was no dresser only one drawer in the cabinet which had TV on top. Management said the floor we were on had just been renovated. The design person should have included a dresser. Also our toilet leaked for the first few days. Mgmt said the water company was there to fix some items. The bathtub / shower was not renovated so that should be replaced. The front desk and staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

We asked the person at the desk where a good Italian Restaurant was. He referred us to Roxanne's which was fantastic and close by. After a long day on the road it was so nice to have a great meal. Very appreciative.

I responded to “Erika” via text and communicated the no water situation. There was no offer of water bottles or water buckets to flush toilet. The text message back said to wait until repair was done. Renovated 3rd floor had splattering of paint on bathroom tile floor. The do not disturb sign falls off the door handle. Cabinet door for fridge unit rattled when walking by… annoying.

Just the worst experience of a Hilton branded hotel we ever had

Beds were comfortable...close to where I needed to be. I didn't like at breakfast I wasn't seeing the atte dant wearing any gloves putting out the food and no hair nets.... that's a no no on hygiene...

The hotel was great and the people working there were great. They just overbooked our room so we had to go to a different hotel.

close to a highway but remarkably quiet inside the room. I could actually control the air conditioning with the thermostat! a tragically rare occurrence in hotels. Very nice to find a dog-friendly hotel on a route that we will be traveling frequently.

Great hotel and in an area where you have access to necessities like food or drinks and gas!

my stay was only one night but it was great, would have loved to use the pool but its okay, since it was under construction, not a big deal. breakfast was good, on par with every other hotel breakfast I've had. the gentlemen at the desk were polite and helpful, the man there the night i checked in even lended me a charger brick so i could set and alarm for the morning. great stay, would stay again if im in the area.
