Very helpful staff, laundry available, good location, quiet room. But my phone was not connected, there’s an odd smell and the carpet, mattress, and overall maintenance needs work. Otherwise a good accommodation for the $$

It needs new carpeting in the room and the hallways were dingy. Comfortable bed and relatively clean room, decent value for a quick 1 night stay.

The hotel can be compared to a really nice truck stop hotel from the 70's. A good deal if you're on a budget.

The hotel had a bad smell, we slept with the window open. The sheets were dirty with previous relations stains. The toilet seat had urine spots. The floor was in rough shape marked up, the dresser too. The room was skeevy. I wish Id paid the 300 at holiday inn express instead of 175 at this complete dump.

Room was well worn. Large stain in carpet. Fridge didn’t work. A/c unit sometimes worked. I had a room on first floor before and it wasn’t bad. This room was 3rd floor and terrible

Dedrick at front sesk was outstanding!!! A++. Friendly and helpful of the area amenities. Furniture in room could use replacement. Dresser drawers old; handles falling off. Bathroom was excellent and updated. I asked why there wasnt an iron,yet an ironing board. The Sunday am front desk person said...they didnt have any. Overall good experience. Great price.

The room had a funny smell and unfortunately we were by the elevator and laundry on first floor so noise all night and early morning. The staff was very friendly but couldn’t wait to get out of there. Spend the extra money and stay any where else.

The carpet is horrible and the furniture is worn out. I needed some simple help from the staff and I did not get any answer, I had to take care of it by myself.

Good location, parking is free, but not as clean as you are expecting, old property. Paid 110$ usd on the weekend i didn’t find it worth that much.
