Space food ok No vegetables too expensive should be included in price

The breakfast was great. The bed comfort was great as well. The bathroom was nice. The location is great. The hotel was quiet. The size of the The room was okay. For the price I paid it could have been larger and more spacious. I felt the TV was not modern.

The tea cups and hot water jars were also dirty in the dining/breakfast area. When I asked for a clean cup the staff just swapped it with a cup from another table and still left the dirty cup out.

I messaged the hotel a couple weeks before arriving to request a room with a view of the gorgeous mountainous surroundings. I explained it was our 20 year wedding anniversary and it would be really nice to have a romantic view. The hotel responded quickly with and said they would see what they could do (no promises, in other words) To our delight, when we arrived the young lady of the desk (name escapes me-sorry) was super friendly and once my reservations were pulled up, she wished me a happy anniversary and provided the keys to our room PLUS breakfast for two in the hotel`s restaurant. What an amazing gesture! We got to our room (on the 17th floor) and sure enough we had the best view we could imagine! -pics below. I simply have NO complains, was a wonderful experience.

No ice machine… There was a note about buying ice at the bar Bed comfort Ice machines…

Quiet, clean, good customer service. Had to dispute charge with bank over unreleased incidental charges. That was an inconvenience in my time.

The hotel did not accept cash checking in! I was paying the whole stay but still did not check me in! Had to go to another hotel!!! That hotel took my cash and gave me a better room for less, looked better, treated me with respect, and in a different hotel chain that is good.

Everyrhing I had no dislikes as evweything was brilliant

Good Nothing

Taneisha at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable on our anniversary! Everything was very clean. You could tell the bed in our room had been broken and fixed. A big board was sticking out of the one side and my husband smashed his leg off of it pretty hard getting out of bed.

Happy with location Pillows were terrible, air conditioning was barely there, extremely loud wedding on the floor directly below me. The sound vibrations came through the floor to my bed. I was told the music would stop at 11, it did not. I did not sleep for 2 days
