The room was huge, plenty of space with both fridge and microwave. The mattress was very comfortable. The hotel was mostly quiet and felt safe to stay at as a solo traveler. The AC was great to come back to after a long day in the heat at Kings Island. The check in process was quick and easy, and the fella who checked me in was pleasant. Breakfast consisted of biscuits, sausage links, gravy, make your own waffles, and cereal/muffins. The location was perfect for my trip to Kings Island. The water faucet in the bathroom made a terrible screaming sound after the shower head had been running for 5-10 minutes, the sound wasn't present when the water was running into the tub. It made taking a shower a little annoying. You weren't allowed to take your breakfast plate to your room, which was slightly inconvenient as I generally prefer to eat in my room, not in a lobby, but not a deal breaker. There is a damage deposit of $50 required at check-in, it wasn't a problem but I didn't see it mentioned on Booking.

What's happened to Wyndham properties? Second disappointing. Facilities need an update badly. Some sort of smell in the hallway, maybe bug spray. Unhealthy breakfast. Not even yogurt. Front desk was trying hard and cleaning staff friendly but not that clean. A pet must have been in the room before us. Hairs all over the desk chair. Very little sound proofing. Sounded like a heard of elephants above us. This is my last Wyndham stay.

The breakfast was lacking variety. The elevator was very slow.

The manager had breakfast duty and was the only staff there. He told me he couldn't talk, and walked away. I tried 2 separate times to talk to him with the same results....he walked away! Absolutely the worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
