The room was a bit smaller than you usually see, but the bathroom was spacious and the eco-conscious shampoo/conditioner smelled fantastic! The workout facilities were better than I expected and they had ice and water fountains in high traffic areas, which other hotels should take note of. The highlight was the complementary breakfast, which was extensive. My only regret was not bringing my own pillow, as the ones provided were flat and undesirable. Will stay again!

We had to have our room moved twice upon check in due to dirty conditions of the rooms given to us, which was disappointing. The staff was accommodating, but we will likely not stay again.

Room was clean and the ac worked great. Beds were comfy but pillows were less desirable.

Bathroom not cleaned well, front desk staff did not explain charges well and seemed bothered that they had to get up to come help, breakfast on Thurs morning was not refilled quickly, food for purchase is too close to breakfast bar...confusing, 2nd floor had a stong burning wire smell by stairwell/ice maker

Continental Breakfast was okay, pool was good, room was nice and clean.

The TV worked. The beds were so hard. Absolutely no cushion, either they were just the worse mattress you can purchase or they were that broken down, it was like sleeping on plywood. It was the worst stay we have ever had anywhere. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room, and when my husband went to ask for 2 extra pillows, he had to prove ID (which he was not the one who reserved) and was only allowed to have 1 extra pillow. Because the beds were THAT bad, we left after 1 night of our 2 night stay. Website says there are refrigerators in the room, this was not a refrigerator, this needs to be advertised as a beverage cooler instead, as it was not cold enough to be considered a refrigerator. The value of this hotel to be a Hilton was not worth the price and we will never recommend a Tru or stay at another one again.

The rooms look like glorified dorm rooms with uncomfortable mattresses, cheap, frayed linens and affordable furniture (including the worst dorm desk I have ever seen. This is not what I expected from a Hilton branded property. It was expensive to at insult to injury.

Wish pool was heated and had hot tub but otherwise perfect!

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

Clean and spacious room. Desk clerk was able to easily move my two separate reservations together so we didn’t have to check in and out and in again. Super close to kings island and some cool breweries.

The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. What I liked most was the overall cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere of the property. The location made it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and restaurants.

The property was very clean and smelled fresh. The lobby and first floor are inviting and very neat and orderly. It's super close to Kings Island
