Check in was very well done by the staff person named John. The room was supplied well, and if I needed something else, I could get it at the desk. The room was clean. The pool was great. The breakfast was very nice. Coffee could be gotten in the lobby all the time. It was nice and quiet in the room, and the area was as well. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room floor was sticky. Mold around bath tub, 1 pillow per bed fee for extra pillows. TV has basically nothing but news channels, WIFI is so sketchy that it's basically non existant. Bathroom wall and corners of room floor look like someone had been pleasuring themselves and left their "DNA" disgusting. Front desk claims water leaks. Will not stay again and do not recommend. For the positives - about 5 minutes from Kings Island, plenty of nearby restaurants and gas stations.

The room was roasting when we arrived. After driving several hours in the heat we just wanted to relax. But we couldn't because the air was not on in the room. Took over 3 hours to cool down. Won't stay there again.

We recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, especially the front desk during check-in. My room was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The convenient location near the kings island was amazing and the shuttle back and forth was a life/time saver. And last the breakfast buffet was so warm and had a lot of options which the end of our trip easy.

Location Everything else. Stained sheets noisy broken air conditioner. Paid for 2 suite rooms months ahead of time and got downgraded with no refund. No turndown service, etc

They didn’t have a room for me. They canceled my stay. They said I had to contact Expedia for my refund, but there was no way to contact Expedia! This whole situation sucks!!!!

Was 2 hotels put together but it was very quiet even though it was right next to the expressway. The room was very clean.... has an outside pool and is just one exit pass Kings Island....

Friendly & welcoming staff, knowledgeable about whats nearby. Hotel offers rides to/from Kings Island as well! The outdoor pool was awesome, pool open til midnight! Breakfast included in your stay was lovely! Would recommend & will be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
